The first time I went for the brace they had to take a mold. I remember sitting on a stretcher and when I am lying down my leg goes in one way and if I am standing it does something completely different. They put the braces and had to review the whole thing again. They are closed for a week during Christmas and summer. Every time my brace broke it was on a holiday, but they always had a person to answer the call. He would meet at the office and fix the problem. I had to once make an appointment with another mechanic as I could not get to the person at the answering service. Gary Prescott is the one who always waited for me and fixed my braces. The staff is very good. They are very young and have good bedside manner.

This company claims that customer service is their top priority, but from my view their top priority is money. Even though the arch supports are pricey, I was willing to purchase them to relieve pain I was experiencing in my left foot. At no time during the purchase process did the salesperson inform me that the company has a no refund policy. I started wearing the product according to directions and immediately began to experience severe pain in my right foot. Within the first week, I returned to the store twice for adjustments. After a brief time of wearing the third set, my toes went numb and I went back to the store to request a refund, which was denied I stopped wearing the arch supports that day and I am still experiencing foot pain nearly three months later for which I am now under a doctor?s care.
