They were absolutely outstanding. They gave me an excellent price. I shopped around and others were charging me around $275.00. Provider name locked. were willing to negotiate the price with me. They were prompt, on time, and very careful with moving my piano (which was the most important thing to me). I would definitely recommend them!- Becky H.
Provider name locked. is a phenomenal teacher. She knows the instrument inside and out and is able to pass on her experience and knowledge to her students in a way that they 'get'. Her patience, professionalism, and complete mastery of her craft have enabled my daughter's skills to improve steadily and consistently over the past year. With previous experience of only about 8 months of once-a-week lessons in music class in her middle school, my daughter was behind her Provider name locked. (who were members of middle school bands) when we moved to Provider name locked. last year. This year she achieved 6th chair clarinet out of 30 clarinets in the school band and continues to progress. Provider name locked. passes on performance tips and techniques she has acquired in her career that have really helped my daughter.

Mr. Provider name locked. was nice on the phone and was able to do a last minute job. He was also willing to show up when the delivery truck arrived which he did do.
-Once he arrived however he was very rude, not so much as saying hello.
-He was suppose to have a Provider name locked. but did not bring one.
-The semi delivering had to park on the main road, Mr. Provider name locked. drove into oncoming traffic so he did not have to circle around the Provider name locked. .
-He and his partner scooted and tipped over this crate that was to heavy (apx.350 pounds) for them to lift. I let him know that it was not to be tipped over that the items in the crate could be damaged by this. Then it was put into the bed of his truck. So much for hiring someone who would handle these items with care.
-When they drove to a door they thought they could fit the crate through they moved the crate from the bed of the truck to the parking lot. At 350 pounds that did not go well and again was tipped over and hit the ground with some force.
-They then put it on a roller so the trip from there to the storage unit went fine.
-When at the unit they slid it off the roller and tipped it once again.
-After being paid he did say he hoped he had not been to rude, he just like to get to it.
They were extremely rude. They were not careful at all. I would never recommend them to anyone! I would have ask them to leave and not finish the job had I had any option. Unfortunately the art was delivered in a temperature control truck, and needed to be in the temperature control storage unit, so I would not have been able to wait for someone else to come move it.
