  • Front office staff were professional and courteous in their interaction with patients but tended to ignore patients and the long wait. Lab staff was very professional and friendly.

I was left setting in the waiting room for over an hour before being called back to have my blood pressure checked and blood to be drawn for lab work. Once my blood was drawn I was left in an examination room where I waited another hour + for the doctor to arrive.

Dr. Provider name locked. entered the examination room with an attitude his time was being wasted. He immediately made the statement, "You're at 17, nothing to worry about, I've seen worse.", "Just stop smoking."  Up to this point I had been told be three separate doctors that a hemoglobin of 17+  and hematocrit over 50+ was a very serious issue. I had been instructed by two separate doctors that I should undergo bi-weekly phlebotomy.

Dr. Provider name locked. without ever examining me stated that my problem was a result of smoking and sleep apnea. Made the statement stop smoking and you'll be fine. Dr. Provider name locked. 's diagnoses was entirely based upon medical history forms and lab results.  At no time did Dr. Provider name locked. ever attempt to examine me. When questioned about the condition polycythemia the reason for my referral to Dr. Provider name locked. , he became dismissive and impatient. When questioned about continuing the phlebotomy his attitude was do it if you want but it won't do any good. Dr. Provider name locked. never offered any explanation of the condition polycythemia or the reason for not continuing the prescribed phlebotomy. Dr. Provider name locked. never offered an explanation why I would have elevated blood viscosity.  Dr. Provider name locked. was offensive, impatient and it was obvious that he did not want to continue the examination. The entire encounter with Dr. Provider name locked. did not even last five minutes. During the exchange Dr. Provider name locked. held a copy of the blood lab results. Upon leaving I asked Dr. Provider name locked. for a copy of the lab results. Dr. Provider name locked. without comment threw the document in my direction and turned his back to me. I was in his office for the better part of three hours to be dismissed as an intrusion into his busy schedule.

A subsequent report to my primary physician, Dr. Provider name locked.  made statements which were false. Dr. Provider name locked. stated that polycythemia was a secondary issue to smoking and sleep apnea. Dr. Provider name locked.  claimed that he made recommendations which he did not make at the time of the examination.

Dr. Provider name locked. 's primary practice is cancer treatment. It was apparent that he did not wish to accept a patient which didn't fall into this category.

Note: When I reviewed the lab results from Dr. Provider name locked. 's own lab, in the category of hemoglobin results were 17. Beside this result was the notation, "Critically High".

  • Dr. Provider name locked. is a gynelogical oncologist who's skills and experience can only be described as superb.  From the first visit through my wife's surgery, he demonstrated a genuine caring while providing us with the information that prepared my wife for her surgery. He is unique in that in addition to having exceptional medical skills, he is also a deeply religious man who understands the power and role of personal beliefs and prayers in the total healing process.  My wife and I were very appreciative of this total healing approach.  As testament to his technical skills, Dr. Provider name locked. performed a robotic laparoscopic surgery where healing time was significantly less than my wife expected.   Additionally, as an observation reaffirming his skills, my wife and I talked to several aids and nurses who praised Dr. Provider name locked. as among the absolute best surgeons they had worked with.
If you are looking for a caring, superbly skilled gynelogical oncologist, then look no further.  My wife and I feel we were truly blessed by having Dr. Provider name locked. perform her surgery.

  • He was able to get that removed for me. He was very nice and explained things very well. He kind of works on referrals from other dermatologists and doctors because the only thing he does is basal cell. Some of it can be complicated. I don't know that you can just call him. I think it would have to be like a recommendation.
