    Henry Garza, MD
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Garza and his staff. I had to find a new OB/GYN when I was almost 6 months pregnant because my doctor at the time no longer accepted my health insurance and most other doctors didn't want to take me on as a patient due to how far along I was, but not so with Dr. Garza, I felt welcomed with open arms. He is so kind and caring that I felt completely at ease after my first appointment with him. He is also very punctual, I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes past my appointment time which is hard for me to understand considering he takes his time with you and answers all of your questions, you would think he would constantly be running late due to the time and attention he devotes to his patients. Lastly, I swear he must moonlight as a plastic surgeon because I couldn't be more pleased with the appearance of my scar from the c-section he performed on me. I'm one very happy mommy!

I have been seeing Dr. Vanover since I was 19 (I am now 50!).  She has seen me through being a new bride, delivered my now 25 year old daughter, and now my new phase of menopause.  She has been interested in my family and family history, taken personal interests in my other personal and medical issues and been there for me in any way I could have wanted over the years. My daughter sees another doctor in the practice simply because Dr. Vanover suggested a younger doctor for her when it came time for her to start getting annual exams.  I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Vanover and her staff.

    Gomez, Dr. Santillan A.
He is good. He deals with women, he is a GYN Oncologist. He is all triple A's. He is a wonderful person and excellent surgeon. He just has a wonderful personality for women. His staff even feel privileged to work for him. I have never had the staff of a doctor tell me they feel privileged to work for a doctor, but his staff does. A lot of doctors are not really very nice, but he is. He is just a wonderful person. He is very sympathetic with you, explains things to you. You just don't find a doctor very often like this. A lot of the oncology doctors are very good with their patients, not all, but most.

    Karen Patterson MD
Dr. Karen Patterson was extremely prepared, very thorough, and had actually read my file all about my situation before meeting with me. I was shocked. I've never had a doctor do that before even though they have the file in advance. Dr. Patterson knew everything already and just had questions about certain things to confirm she understood. She was very professional, very together, but also down to earth. She has good bedside manner, she's kind, and also understanding but yet on top of things, efficient. I just felt like she would take care of things that needed to be taken care of and I'd be fine. Even during the whole pregnancy process I did have complications in different areas and she was on top of all of them. She was prepared for all of them. During the delivery which was complicated to begin with because I was trying to have a natural delivery, my husband was out of state so we were trying to get him back in time. She was trying to keep me and the baby safe while waiting for him to come back. We went into an emergency situation and the baby had to come so for the C section she was totally calm and collected in taking care of everything. She made me feel like everything was going to be fine even though it was probably not necessarily that way at certain points. She was very good at her job. I would highly recommend Dr. Patterson. When I would come back for checkups with her for myself she wanted me to bring the baby with me so she could see the baby. She has a wall of babies. Her reception staff were highly trained. Not only does she have people working there that know what they are doing but they are on top of it and never missed a beat. I never felt like they didn't get me scheduled right or why didn't they call me. I felt like I was a patient and not a number.

    Williams, Dr. Heather A
For my situation, I requested robotic surgery as the option I was most comfortable having, and she listened to what I wanted. She was able to help me make decisions about my body and how to deal with surgical menopause that was necessary due to stage 5 endometriosis. She always explains terminology and medical conditions in layman terms. The overall office staffing problems may be improving. In the past, the staff (not medical assistants, but office staff) has lost record of appointments, not called back, prone to getting the wrong pharmacy called in for prescriptions - despite being given the actual phone number to the pharm. This has happened to me, my daughter and two friends that I know of. I know some have dropped the practice because of staffing and service appointment problems. My latest appointment I did wait to be seen for over an hour, but it was a late afternoon appointment, and Dr. Williams does take time with her patients to make sure they get questions answered. Because I know she has spent time with me, I am not too apt to complain about the waiting time, just know that it is likely your appointment will include quite a bit of waiting.

We really like my wife's Doctor. The doctor is Dr. Tiffany Sadderfield. She has helped us get two beautiful babies. My wife has sent like 20 people her way. She is very friendly, very professional, she is always available when we need her, and she tells us how it is. She is in general very helpful, and she is a great doctor.

    Martin, Dr. Joseph E.
He's very personable. I appreciate how he takes the time to deal with me and answer any questions that I may have. I have to call in advance for my appointments so I would say that his availability can be a little tough at times.
