  • First, let me say I looked for a person like Provider name locked. at all the usual places (Best Buy, Bjorns, etc) and wasn't able to find someone who made me feel comfortable hanging a large TV over the fireplace and provide ideas for my cords and hardware. I found Provider name locked. 's company on Angie's List and his raving reviews made me comfortable to call and set up an appt. Provider name locked. had a little longer than usual scheduling window, but I know why now. He kept in constant contact all the way up until our appt. Once he started it didn't take him long to figure out how he was going to set it all up. It took him about 3 hrs to run all the cords to a nearby closet, drill in the stone to hang Provider name locked. , and hang TV.
    I was expecting a big mess with drilling into the stone, but Provider name locked. was very meticulous and clean. Even vacuuming after he was done. After all said and done I was extremely happy with his work and professionalism. He takes pride in his work and will be my go to AV guy for all future projects.

  • Our concerns for Provider name locked. (owner Provider name locked. Slubar) fall into three broad categories - poor customer service, lack of technical expertise and reliability. This project began in April 2015 and continues unfinished as of today. First and foremost, Provider name locked. frequently scheduled delivery/repair dates and would completely fail to show without call or notification. Communications were always from our end with many excuses offered on why he didn't show. He offered office, cell phone and email as a means of communicating but frequently failed to respond to any requests although he was very responsive when he was looking for business. Provider name locked. has no technical expertise in the systems he sells and left us to deal directly with the company who makes the product (Blue Sound). In fact, he failed to tell us we were among the first he sold the Blue Sound system to but presented himself as an expert giving bad advise on operating the system. In the last few weeks one piece of equipment called the vault (stores music off CD's) experienced mechanical problems and needed to be replaced. I spoke with both Provider name locked. and the Blue Sound rep on resolution with the end result being a new vault being shipped. Provider name locked. was to download the already loaded music onto a hard drive and then restore the music to the vault; however, he failed in the basic step of backup and reistore resulting in the failure of all previously loaded music to be transferred. Because of his lack of technical expertise, the Blue Sound rep advised Provider name locked. to bring the vault to me and he (the rep) would walk me through the steps. Provider name locked. was to bring the vault to our home on 13 Aug which he agreed to but failed to do. Likewise, he failed to deliver the item on 14 Aug as he also promised to do. I have no idea when this piece of equipment will be delivered but I do know it has 100's of CD's I've spent time downloading and must now reload. Bottom line Provider name locked. is very interested in the money but not the customer.

  • Greeted me very professionally.  Put covers over his shoes so as not to get floor dirty.  Took the job seriously and worked very hard to find the issue.  Very personable and knowledgable.  Went over all that did and what ultimate outcome was.
