    Salif is exceptional at what he does in help others. I highly recommend him as a life coach and I am so happy he is sharing his amazing talent with me and my family. I reached out for his help during a hard time that myself and some family members were going through. I was having relationship difficulties, transitioning careers and dealing with serious health issues. I was lost, discouraged, and completely lacking motivation. In addition, other relatives also needed help and so I didn't a have any form of support and didn't know how to help my close ones. He is and expert at asking the right and pertinent questions that give great insight as to the dynamics of our situations, what we needed to prioritize in dealing with and how to best achieve our goals. His expertise, profound knowledge of life, health, relationships and really everything is simply astounding. Our calls were groundbreaking each time, we had specific items that we tracked and followed up on, particularly with the use of the Wellness Inventory Wheel, that provides insight into twelve dimensions of the individual, and also provide an efficient accountability component. Coach Salif stayed supportive all the way and clearly shows an innate passion for what he does. His communication skills are exceptional and his approach of sensitive issues is full of empathy. It feels good to have met someone so passionate about their work, who is an intelligent, intuitive soul in touch with the world and with an incredible understanding of the human condition.

    Excellent. I liked being offered the videos that clearly explained the features of each coverage without leaving the parts out that might not sell a particular product. Jesse answered all our questions. The feature of selecting and confirming the phone appointment via email was good. I appreciated the broker over view instead of talking to individual health plan reps just trying to sell one program. It was a good experience and it is good to know that if we have changes or questions in the future we have a subject matter expert we can contact.

    I can no longer go there because they don't take my insurance but on the occasions that I did go to them they were wonderful and I am very grateful.  They moved from their former location on Broadway.  My daughter had an emergency and went there recently on a Saturday.  She received excellent care.

    I found Bruno's name on Angies List and immediately initiated contact.  Within a brief amount of time we began communicating both by phone and e-mail.  The fact that I could speak directly with an individual without dealing with automated services and delayed timelines was amazing!  After sharing with me all the possibilities and discussing pros and cons, a decision was made on a potential policy.
    Bruno was extremely knowledgable about the facts of various policies, guided me through discussions with the office personnel of my present primary care physicians, and his contributions were spot on regarding all the latest changes in the system.   
    His professionalism, communication skills, knowledge, and attention to detail resulted in a very positive health care, shopping experience!

    Methodist Stone Oak Hospital
    Underwent emergency surgery, all went well with my hospital stay and discharge.  All of the staff were professional, courteous, and polite.
    It was after the stay that my problems began.   Methodist Stone Oak contracts out its billing services to a Third Party Vendor (TPV), and that company got everything wrong about my billing information:
    - The spelling of my name;
    - The street name;
    - My zip code.
    The only thing they entered correctly was my cell phone number.
    Fast forward to June 23, 2015.  I received a robot call to the effect that "This is your final notice.  You have been billed three times.  If you do not remit payment immediately your account will be placed in collection."  The robot call then asked for me to enter personal information such as my date of birth, etc., which I will not do over the phone.  I, of course, had not received any billing from Methodist Hospital, and the robo call came from Greater San Antonio Emergency Room Physicians, LLC, the company that represents the ER doc that examined me for about a minute at Stone Oak Methodist ER.
    Greater San Antonio ER Physicians, LLC also uses a TPV for billing, different from Stone Oak Medical.
    Well, it took me two months and probably two or three working days total, but I was finally able to get a billing statement from Stone Oak Methodist's billing service,  The jury is still out on Greater San Antonio ER Physicians, LLC.  All I ever received from them was a system print out, not a billing statement.
    The take - aways:
    1.  If you ever have to deal with Stone Oak Methodist's billing department, you will never speak with an actual employee of Stone Oak Methodist Hospital.  Early into this mess I asked to be connected to a supervisor, and I was routed to Ana Lee, who does not have voice mail and is always on the phone!  I called back several times and was told that the other "supervisor", Juanita Rivera, would call me back, and of course, she never did.  Both are employees of Stone Oak Methodist's contracted billing service, Parallon.
    2. If you ever have to call Greater San Antonio ER Physicians LLC you will never speak to an actual employee located in San Antonio, you will talk to an employee of their contracted billing service in Scottsdale, AZ; I was then routed to a printing service in Kentucky who never even heard of Greater San Antonio Emergency Room Physicians, LLC!
    The only reason why I put so much personal effort into correcting Stone Oak Methodist's and Greater San Antonio Emergency Room Physicians, LLC's mistakes is that I didn't want my accounts to be placed into collection and my credit rating damaged by their incompetence!
    Again, the medical staff at Stone Oak Methodist were top-notch.  Their billing process is a total shambles, and I have to wonder how much money they can't collect because the average patient won't take the time like I did to correct their screw-ups and get payment to them!

    I was asked to arrive at 6 am. Someone took my insurance information and my money and then told me to sit in the waiting room. It was over an hour before anyone acknowledged me again.  The intake nurse was very nice.  I had to have a procedure which was in another building.  I had to go outside and no one suggested a coat or blanket on a cold December day.  After my procedure there, there was a delay before a staff member came to pick me up. My surgeon had to wait.
    The nurse acted like it was my fault when I returned late.  The anesthesiologist was lacking in empathy.
    The surgery was performed well.
    My experience in the recovery room was awful.  When I started retching, someone handed me a bag to vomit into through a closed curtain.  I asked for a bedpan since I was too dizzy to stand and was left on it and not given toilet paper.  When I asked for help snapping my gown because I felt exposed, I was asked who unsnapped it.  I felt they just wanted to get rid of me, not care for me.
    I received completely inadequate discharge instructions.
    The billing process was equally bad.  The collected about $400 more than they should have.  When I called about this, I was told I would get a refund, but it would take 2-3 months.
    I did eventually talk to an administrator who called me more than 2 weeks after I wrote a letter.  She did not seem surprised by my report of the quality of care and basically said a lot of the employees were not very good.
    I would not recommend that anyone have a procedure there. They do not care.

    The staff was friendly and the wait time very reasonable.  The doctor explained everything very well and didn't act like he had to run off.  This is going to be my first choice for urgent/same day care!!!

    I've been using them for probably four years. They are very convenient to work. Their pharmacist is very helpful and very personable. Their automatic refill service is great. They are always waiting for me so I don't use their waiting service.

    I've never spoken to them. The dentist office automatically charge them for whatever and tell me what they cover and what the don't cover. They are pretty cooperative with my dentist. They are pricey, but I had to get them cover since my daughter requires orthodontic care. Their orthodontic care is definitely above other insurance providers.

    It is convenient. They have good customer service. It takes normally about an hour to get my prescription filled after I drop them off. The people are pleasant to deal with. I have a good experience with them.
