  • Provider name locked. fit me into their schedule as I needed to have items done before some landscape adjustments to

the back yard were to be completed. Provider name locked. was excellent and surveyed all the things I wanted to have done in priority order. We jointly agreed on what could be done on this day and what would be best to do on another day. He purchased the work materials. He accomplished all the items listed above. He also gave me some recommendation on other items that could be done on a future visit by Provider name locked. . The owner came by on several occasions to survey the work. This is a very hands on organization. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

  • The job was scheduled a week in advance for 1:00 in the afternoon.  Was $79.00 for 3 hours of work.  When the day arrived, I took off of work for the whole afternoon and waited for someone to show up.   When no one showed up, I contacted the provider around 2:30 PM and was told that the guy was running behind schedule because of rain.   I ask when he thought the individual would show up and he responded that he is trying to find out.  At 4:15 PM, there still was no one showing up to do the work.  I contacted the provided AGAIN, he still gave me the run around that the guy was dodging rain.  My job was an inside job and I had all the materials.   He said that is was close to closing time and that he would probably not make it out that day.   The provided then proceeded to tell me that they were down to one guy and that is why they could not get to my job.  However, they did not have the decency to call me and reschedule.  Instead I was accused of being insensitive because of the providers medical situation.   I then ask the provided if he could guarantee that someone would be at my house the next morning (Saturday) to complete the job.   I specifically told the provider that they would have to be there in the morning because I had plans that afternoon.  At 9:00 AM, the provided texted me asking me for a list of all the work that needed to be done.  I sent him pictures of each area I needed sheet rock repaired.   By 1:00 PM, no one had shown up yet.  I texted the provided asking when they would be there, and he stated that it would be later around 4:00 PM.  I then proceeded to tell him that that was too late, that I specifically said I needed them there in the morning because I had plans in the afternoon.  I then told the provided that I no longer needed his services.  That is when he accused me of not being compassionate to his situation.    My question to him was if he was not able to work and only had one guy, why did he commit to doing the job with me in the first place and why did he not call to attempt to reschedule.  It appears that if I had not contacted the provided on the day work was scheduled, they just would not have shown up and would not have called.

  • Provider name locked. Chambers was terrific. I had originally scheduled Provider name locked. to replace the light kit in my game room ceiling fan, and switch out a fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen with a ceiling fan with lights. Replacing the light kit was a breeze! Unfortunately, in my 20 year old house the fluorescent light fixture did not have a junction box from which to connect (and hang) the fan. Provider name locked. went to the trouble to go to Lowe's to purchase one but it was decided that a bigger hole would need to be created in my popcorn-covered ceiling sheetrock...and a different Provider name locked. would be needed to do the job. Provider name locked. returned from Lowe's, helped with measuring for a different job, and will be back again! Overall, very pleased with the honesty and excellent communication! Will definitely hire Provider name locked. again!
