  • From the beginning the sales dept provided me good information to make a decision on style, etc. The builders came out to work on one of the hottest days and finished in under 8 hours. I noticed some minor discrepancies after the initial build and Mr Woolf personally came over later to fix the problem. This company is very customer oriented. I love my new shed and I highly recommend Woolf Sheds.

  • First and foremost, it should be stated that there is an existing lawsuit against Frava Services. I have an existing business and recently purchased the property next to it. After asking around, someone had referred Frava Services to me. They mentioned that he ran a rather small operation but he does good work. After quoting a few companies, Frava offered the best prices and he contacted me frequently to try and gain my business. His prices are great and when you first meet him you will trust him because he seems honest, humble and determined to gain your business. Do not let any of these things fool you as he is good at his acting. Mr Franco mentioned that he was recently burned for a job he did for a realtor, he asked that I prepay him some money for tree-trimming and fencing. I pre-paid him and he got both of those jobs done promptly (December 2017). This is his first method to create trust and rapport with his clients. He then asked me to pre-pay him a larger sum of money (for a concrete job) and I gladly did because the other jobs were done. It is now May 2018 and he has yet to complete any other jobs than the first two he had completed in January 2017. I have paid Mr. Franco a total of $57,500 and he has completed (per our contract attached in images) only $24,000 worth of work. You will be able to reach him easily. If you call or text, he will answer promptly. However, he will give you a date of completion, updates etc. but they are all a ways to buy more time. Mr Franco has made around 20 "promises" (over a 5 month period) on when the jobs will be completed but hasn't kept a single one. Mr. Franco will also give you many excuses for his no-shows that are personal matters but again, these are all a form of distraction. DO NOT make the same mistake I made. Although his prices are competitive, you are much better off paying more for a job that will actually get done. He also operates under the name FRANCO SERVICES and his name is Oscar Franco Vaca.

  • I can't say enough about Rodney Barker. He is probably the most honest and conscientious contractor I have ever worked with. From beginning to end, Rodney was onsite to make sure the work was being done up to his high standards. He always made sure I knew exactly what was going on with the project and wanted assurance that I was happy with the work. His workers are outstanding, and just as honest and conscientious as Rodney. His crew is highly skilled and kept the place clean during the project. The most important thing is that our new building is of extremely high quality and looks great! Finally, his price was very fair, especially compared to some of the other estimates, and completed the project within the estimated time frame.

  • Backyard Barns personnel was on time and very professional. They built my shed in 2 days. The shed looks awesome and beyond expectations. I did research into different builders and also looked at Lowes and Home Depot. Backyard Barns beat all others by quite a margin. Although the cheapest, the quality is beyond reproach. I would highly recommend Backyard Barns to my friends and family.

  • ‪Q1 Buildings, Roofing and Renovations Is highly professional, and more importantly a trustworthy company. I recently got my flooring done and Reynaldo exceeded all of our expectations with amazing details on our new flooring. Q1 made renovations go smoothly offering full service from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned and we couldn't be any happier. We enjoyed working with Q1 and would definitely use this company again and recommend without reservation.‬‎

  • Outstanding company that can handle a wide variety of issues, plus they stand behind their work. Very good problem solvers during our 125 year old Victorian house renovations. Has extensive experience working on historic homes in our neighborhood - with many repeat customers. Their carpenters are extremely talented and able to deal with old house "surprises" that occur during construction.

  • To date Larry and his crew has replaced four residential roofs for me in San Antonio. When a hailstorm damaged one of my rental house roofs he went there to place protective tarps over the damaged skylights. He uses his own crew that has worked for him for many years. They are professional, knowledgeable and skilled at a number of tasks. In addition to replacing roofs the crew replaced skylights, siding and trim and painted to match. I found it very convenient that Larry provided all of the ancillary repairs that cropped up when we examined the roofing and surrounding structures. I recommend him and his crew whenever I speak to people who need roofing, siding, windows and also interior work and remodeling. A very versatile company.

  • This business does not return phone calls or emails. They do not acknowledge customers at all and do not have a physical address that they do business from so you cannot drive there and talk to a human being or even look at sheds. Perhaps they should hire someone to help them get organized. It's a shame because they look like they have quality products, but if they don't have the time or professionalism to contact interested customers, they are actually losing business. I ended up going with a company that called me back and built a quality shed. I do not recommend this company at all.
