  • Overall, we are very pleased with RMA and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking about fertility treatment.  It is more expensive to use RMA than other places, however they are not the most expensive either.  Fertility treatments are very expensive regardless of where you going.

  • I arrived at the office, it's very nice looking, that was a plus. I was shaking horribly, was very nervous.I was promptly called back to a TINY consultation room. It was literally large enough to hold 1 desk, and barely 3 chairs. A Nurse came in, and did the initial paper work with us.About 10 minutes later, Dr. Provider name locked. came in, asked just a few questions, and escorted us to the Exam Room. He was very cold, and condescending. I really felt like he was talking down to me, not to me and my husband. More like talking at us, not to us.He ordered a Transvaginal Ultrasound, as well as a mini-physical. He proceeded with the TVU, and was very monotonous in speaking. He pretty much assumed that we were going to do IVF right then and there, and started talking us through the procedure. After he was done, it was now about 10:45. We were sent back to the same tiny consultation room, where the Financial Counselor came in, handed me some papers, and left.A second Nurse came in later, and took me to a closet sized room to have my initial Fertility Blood Work done. The Phlebotomist was very nice and friendly. She was very gentle handed, which is nice. After that, I was sent home... at 11:30. An hour and a half before my appointment was supposed to have ended. The next day, I received a very cold phone call, telling me that I am a) not pregnant, and b) my hormones were low, so I was being sent a prescription for Estrogen to get my cycle jump started.Yesterday I received a one sentence E-Mail informing me that the results of my blood work came back, and they were normal. This office is very cold, and demeaning. I honestly felt like the Doctor saw nothing but $$$$ when he looked at my husband and I. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back to this Center again.
