The work went well, they were informative and performed all the work to repair the problem. Unfortunately, the cost seemed very steep per the work performed. The leak was bad and the pressure regulator was damaged, and being two days from Thanksgiving, we had to get it done immediately. Our usual plumber was not available, so we tried these folks.
Since its only been a few hours since the work was done, we can only judge their work by the immediate result. The hole was dug neatly and it all appears to be in order.
The Provider name locked. seems to have been a fairly easy fix, with no part replacement require. But, the hole had to be dug by hand. The regulator repair was a complete replacement. They hauled away the damaged regulator.
But, by our calculations on their time spent on the job, and the retail cost of the parts, the total cost seems to break down to $240/hour. Our regular plumber only charges $100/hour. So, we feel a bit bummed by paying $500 above what we normally would have paid.
I will note that they don't quote by the hour and my calculations are based on my research on parts and their time spent here.
The only reason we'd reconsider using them is the price of heir services. Otherwise, I'd give them a better rating.

From several estimates, Provider name locked. was the best and most thorough on what they would do. The reason I gave a B for responsiveness was because I accepted their quote on 6/19/13, but they couldn't start work until 7/11/13, but that just shows that they are high in demand. Also, it wasn't until 8/13/13 that they were able to do the stump removal. I was waiting on the completion of the tree service before having the outside of the house painted, so it took longer than anticipated, but I was very pleased with the work and wouldn't think of using anyone else in the future for tree service. The biggest job was removing a giant 50 year old Arizona Ash. Before they came, I had the City of SAT and a plumber come to locate the water, sewer and electrical lines, so that we wouldn't break any lines. The water line ran across some of the exposed roots of the Ash, but they were able to avoid them and not break anything when they did the stump removal. In surveying my jungle of a yard, Provider name locked. was able to spot things that could be removed to improve the look, that I hadn't even noticed. There was so much to do and they did an excellent job. When they came to plant the new Live Oak, several guys worked at the same time and had it in the ground and a bunch of mulch around it, all in about 5-10 minutes! The supervisor told me how to water it. After they left, I saw them drive back by a few minutes later and take a picture of it. My only concern was that Provider name locked. never came by to inspect the work that had been done. Maybe it's because he knows that he has great workers and can trust them. Provider name locked. was great, as well as the other workers. I was just apprehensive, because I have a purple thumb, so I worried about the new tree like a new mother. It would have been nice to hear that it was growing like it was supposed to. All-in-all, excellent service, workers and price!

This is the company that I use for normal service on the septic tank system at my rental property. They assessed the septic tank for me before I purchased the property. Recently the smaller septic tank filled with water due to the frequent rains we were having, creating a plumbing emergency for one of the tenants. I called one afternoon, they came the next afternoon to take care of the problem and perform the yearly service for the 3 septic tanks on the property. They cleaned the affected septic tank, cleaned another small septic tank, and told me that although it had been a year since the last service that the large septic tank did not need cleaning. I was only charged for the work that was done. I strongly recommend them.- CELYNA D.
