"I can't say enough about her. She listens and is attentive to her patients needs. She will answer your questions and take the time to explain everything to" the best of her ability. She cares and I would recommend her to anyone.

"I've been to Dr. 's office twice in the last 4 years. In both cases, I had a minor infection and knew going in that I needed antibiotics," so nothing complicated or scary. That said, in both cases I was completely satisfied with the experience. This last time, I used his office's new (or at least new to me) web app to make an appointment, and it worked like a dream. Rather than have all an sundry show up and wait to be seen, this new system allows them to pace things a bit. In my case, I arrived at the appointed time and in about ten minutes was in an examination room getting the initial once-over by the nurse. Dr. came in shortly thereafter. In terms of efficiency and comfort, it's an incredibly smart system. As for Dr. , I'm a fan. He's not a primary care physician, so he's focused on whatever the issue is at hand, still I found him exceedingly personable and thorough. He asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being. And he's got a sense of humor. Most importantly, he spelled out my options in a way that made clear that he respected the fact that the decisions involved were mine to make. I just wish I could find a primary care physician with such excellent bedside manner.

  • He only suggested Ensure to help with nutrition and weight loss. He encouraged me to walk more, even though I was short of breath going up the stairs in my own house. After months of having my symptoms discounted he finally sent me to a cardiologist. Before that testing was complete I went to the ER because of severe shortness of breath. they ruled out a heart attack but when they called Dr Provider name locked. to see if they could admit me for testing he told them to discharge me and give me medicine for anxiety!!! The ER doctor told me when I cried when she told me that I should contact the cardiologist and if those tests were negative to see a pulmonologist as soon as possible. I called the cardiologist and all testing was done in 48 hours. The cardiologist called Dr Provider name locked. at 9 AM with the results. My daughter-in-law called Dr Provider name locked. to get a referral to the pulmonologist and was told we would have it that afternoon. At 4P.m. she went to the office to check on it and they hadn't had time to do it. The next morning my sister went at 9 ,staying till they closed at noon and was told 3 different Provider name locked. about why they could not get an appointment with the cardiologist. She came back to my house. We called the cardiologist and I saw the pulmonologist at 3. I am so malnourished it has affected my respiratory muscles and it will take 6 months to a year to get my strength and endurance back!!! There was no need for it to get so bad. He should have paid attention.
