    MWT Construction and Remodeling
Great work and finished at the time Bill stated he would. Bill will give every detail of the work and the price. He is very good at his work and the material he uses is top quality. You get what you pay for.

    Pride Floors & Construction, LLC
Very happy with the work done by Richard and his team. Both price and quality were good and no job requested was too big or small for Pride Floors & Construction. This made working with them easy and they did exactly what they promised and were on time, budget. I will be working with them again on future projects on my house.

    R K Barker Inc
Rodney Barker is a easy going, down to earth person, who will go the extra 3 miles for you. I had some crazy requirements for this project and he was very accommodating for all of them. He ensured that all specifications were met and made sure that all aspects of the project were spelled out before the project was started. All costs were broken out and there were no surprises on the back end. Rodney and his Job Site Manager, Jacob Pittman ensured that the subcontractors were on schedule and work performed was top quality. Jacob is a joy to work with and will bend over backwards to ensure everything is correct! Both Rodney and Jacob were on the build site at critical times during the construction with the subcontractors. After the job was completed, I needed to get the retaining walls and paving to the doors completed. Even though this was not part of the contract, Rodney and Jacob assisted me on how to design/layout the retaining walls. Additionally, they provided me with 2 additional concrete people references for me to contact. The original person that poured the slab was unavailable at the time I needed. This was going above and beyond, and I appreciated it! If I had to do this again or have another project, I would hire these 2 guys again!

AAA Jesse's House Painting & Remodeling
Jesse's crew was very professional, friendly, efficient, and punctual. House looks a lot better, and I believe I got more than my money's worth. Payment upon completion, no money down required. They cleaned up well every day. I found a few flakes of old paint on the ground but no big deal. Definitely will hire Jesse again when need arises.

    By Grace Floors
After 5+ years of using By Grace on several projects I can no recommend them; after this last home remodel where I was begged by the owner to provide final payment upon agreement of returning to finish several outstanding completion points. 2 months of constant harassing to complete the job have been met with excuses and finally silence to return to finish those promised tasks. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and trust!

    Handyman Matters
The Craftsman was very nice and punctual getting to the job. however his pricing was not in the ballpark in regards to the estimates. I also did not like him leaving the job site during the repair to purchase need supplies. When he did the estimate as a professional he should have known the nature of all materials needed and brought them with him. I had to pay for his hourly rate, which was over two hours while he was shopping for supplies that he should brought with him. On the tree trimming the craftmen did not have the necessary tools to do the job properly causing excessive delay, which was added to the cost of labor. Overall, because of this, the overall cost of this project was excessive and incomplete..

    HCE Drywall
This painter was referred to me by Alon Roofing. This painter ruined my floors with paint. I told Homer he needed to clean up before he was done. And he never did. He left with paint all over my laminate wood flooring that was installed 6 months ago. This is my rental house and he wont fix the problem. He left paint all over my garage floor as well told me I could pressure wash it off. I tried and its still there. He is very sloppy and unprofessional. Alon Roofing said they will never use him again. So I am going to make a small claim against him and his business. I believe he took advantage of me since I had back surgery and couldnt supervise him everyday. I have lots of pictures and even the owner of Alon Roofing came to see his mess and couldnt believe he didnt use any cloths or plastic to cover my granite and floors as well as my wood staircase. All the steps have paint on them too. He even got paint on my new blinds..spackle on my toilet from drywall after the tile guys did the tub and tile surround. Do not use this company at all!!

    Pride Floors & Construction, LLC
The owner, Richard Cavazos, was very pleasant and professional. He coordinated the various aspects of the project in an organized and timely manner. He ensured that I had chosen all of my colors, tile, countertop, appliances, lighting, etc. as they were needed for the project. All of the workers did high quality work including tape, float, texture and paint, tile work (flooring and backsplash), custom cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, rerouting AC ducts, countertop installation, and appliance installation. It was an expensive project, but they did a lot of work and I feel that It was a good value and I received a very high quality result. I would highly recommend Pride Floors and Construction.

    The Carpenter's Hand
Fantastic service, and even better quality. When Jeff (owner) came over to give me an estimate, we knew in the first 10 minutes that he wouldn't be getting the job (or so we thought) because he was booked on other projects and couldn't start for a few months. Jeff stayed and let me walk him through what I wanted to do anyways, and told me what to look out for with contractors as this was my first home purchase. I had set up appointments with other contractors, some of them from very large companies, and none of them impressed me the way Jeff did. Long story short, I decided to wait the 3 months, and hire Jeff anyway. You can tell right away if someone will be honest and true to his word, and that is what I got from Jeff. We did a full gut and remodel of the kitchen, new custom cabinets, new granite counter tops, new lighting, backsplash. Master Bathroom: removed a hall closet to expand the shower and add a bench, new frameless glass door, tile work floor to ceiling enclosed and expanded the master bath, new toilet, custom vanity and matching granite. Guest Bathroom: new tile above tub, new plumbing and fixtures, custom vanity, matching granite. We also had new laminate flooring installed throughout the house, and tile work in Kitchen, entry ways, and bathrooms. Overall, I could not be happier with the service I received. Between Jeff and his foreman, I always had access to discuss concerns or changes along the way. Any minor "flaw" was addressed immediately, and the finished product is phenomenal. Would I hire The Carpenters Hand again? Absolutely, I had him over this week to give me another estimate on a separate project. The Carpenters Hand is a fantastic company, run by an honest, straight talking man who really takes pride in his work. If you have any doubts on who to work with, give Jeff at The Carpenters Hand a call, and I promise, you will not be disappointed!

    Renovate Paint & Design
Renovate Paint & Design (RPD) did a fine job. Between the time we contracted with RPD and the star of work we found out that my wife would need hip replacement surgery and needed it ASAP. RPD pushed hard and got all the critical stuff done to make the MBR ready for us before the surgery date. Small problems always arise and RPD was quick to find work arounds when possible and otherwise resolved matters in a timely fashion. We hope to do our other bathroom in 2019 and RPD will be on our short list of remodelers.
