  • Terrible customer, sales rep (all call centers, no vested interest because call center company handles calls for several different companies although they will tell you they work strictly for Att because they are assigned to that company that day) give a price which includes several free services; however wilnot send a letter or an email confirming exact order. When the bill arrives it is substantially higher. Each bill seems to creep up and explanations are either excuses justifying poor service with a lot of meaningless “I’m sorries” tagged on. Managers can never seem to find the “notes” indicating initial offer. Overall the worse customer service. Should these practices be reported to the Attorney General? Can a news station investigate and expose? (Especially when it involves senior citizens)

  • They were very helpful. It took about an hour and a half, but they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was in place and working. They had upgraded my system without notified me, but I called to make sure that this was resolved. The lady that I talked to was VERY helpful. I have been using them for about 12 years now.

  • They took care of it there at the store. It went well. When we got there we had a relatively short wait. They were very professional about it. We were anticipating they were going to have to send the phone off, but they didn't have to because they a repair shop in the back. We did not have to pay anything for the service, because of our warranty. The phone was having problems connecting with the internet, and they did some additional downloads to it to get the phone back to working order.

  • Price is an issue again and they are making me replace my phone; it is out of style, which of course will up the price. They are good marketers so they respond. I don't like their phones.

  • The work that Louis did for me today was just the latest job in a long and very happy working relationship.? He has helped me with all things technological for many years.? He has helped me set up and maintain Dell computers, MAC computers (desktop and laptop), iPhones, sound systems, and home theater systems.? He is extremely knowledgeable in all things technological!? I have yet to run across a problem that he couldn't fix...almost always quickly and easily.? It's like he wrote the manuals!!!? I can't say enough good things about Louis...truly a genius!!!

  • Everything is very good. I called them up a while back and told them that  I was having dropped calls in my area so they actually sent me out a boosters, that you have to pay for, but because I am a customer and they know that the coverage is not that great, they gave me the booster for free. I liked that. I am not too happy with the prices, the prices are way too high. I could get a much better discount with the phones that I have with them. The quality is good. The only thing I am not too thrilled with, 9 out of 10 times when I call Sprint, I get routed to the Philippines and it is very hard to understand them.

  • I am thinking of getting away from them. Their customer service is not good. They promise you everything and none of it pans out. It would be nice if they could locate an employee ID number. They got them around all over the country, and you get an employee number, and you are told that they don't know who you talked to. Everything is "oh well, we got your money". That is the attitude.

  • We pay about $300 a month, but that is paying for a couple of phones. The pricing on their phones is outrageous, but that is the industry standard. I think our plan itself is not too bad. Most of the time their quality is really good, sometimes though, we have problems with a lot of dropped calls. We have been with them for 17 years.

  • I have a contract with them, and I am currently looking into another company's contract. I am very disappointed with Sprint because we had a dual line with Sprint for me and my mother. I cancelled my mothers line back in March of last year. Sprint continued to bill me for that line until December because they said there was activity on that line. The phone didn't even have battery on it for it to have activity. They gave me a month and half of credit and that was it. I have been with them for 13 years. Their management support was awful. When I asked to speak to the manager one time, the girl told me that she was the highest I was going to get.
