The service guy, Provider name locked. , was awesome. Very professional and made sure I was safe because I needed a new battery. (I'm single woman with no idea about cars.) The guy who set up the call was a bit of a smarty pants, almost rude, but the actual one who came out was tremendous. I am very thankful.

called & spoke to Provider name locked. at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Told him we needed a F250 4x4 towed to Pipe Creek, Tx on a flat bed. He quoted us two prices; one for a flat bed truck and the other for conventional Provider name locked. . We told him we wanted the flat bed & he said it would be 2.5 hours. At 1:15 p.m. no one had called or come by. I called spoke to Provider name locked. and he said the flat bed was running late because the driver was coming from Provider name locked. He said he would call the driver and call me back with an ETA in 15 minutes. No call. I did get a call at 3:00 from a woman stating the driver lost the address. Gave her the info and she said she would call back with an ETA. I called her an hour later and she said Oh yah; I forgot to call you. Let me check where the driver is and I will call you back. it's now 11:00 p.m and no call, no how. So much for a gentleman's agreement. Glad this wasn't an emergency.

We needed our non-functioning car towed from our house to another family member's home. It was an All-Wheel drive so it required a flatbed truck. This was not an emergency, so we could schedule a convenient time.
We called Provider name locked. based on Angie's list reviews. I was quoted $75 over the phone.
The wrecker showed up at the scheduled time. He was very careful and took his time making sure his truck and my car were working correctly. I paid him cash at that time, he gave me a receipt for the quoted amount. I followed him in another car to the other house. He delivered the car in the requested spot, and then left.
He speaks both English and Spanish.
The whole time I was worried he was going to squeeze me for more money or added fees, but it never happened.
