    Great service. Jonathan is friendly, knowledgeable person and did a tremendous job cleaning my CampChef grill. Even though I would clean it periodically, there was build-up to a point I did not even know where to start cleaning it until Bar-B-Clean came to help out. I had no idea how much of a health hazard it is to have a dirty barbecue pit and they took care of it quickly, on-time and with sanitation included. There are some tasks best suited to the professionals. I will definitely be using their services again.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    I had to call several different times over more than a month and never got my appliances installed. After finally being given a different number I finally reached someone who told me that they didn't have me in the computer system for installation any longer because it had been too long. I decided it wasn't even worth the hassle and that I didn't want to give them the business. They won't refund me for the amount I prepaid for installation.

    They said we have a delivery scheduled tomorrow but we have a cancellation so they brought it the same day. No questions asked, right out of the door. The put it in. The swept they did everything. The tech that brought it in was very knowledgeable. Just one person did this. He helped me restock my refrigerator. I would continue to go tot hem. I have bought a couple of laptops, and cell phones. We always deal with them.

    They have 10 salesman yacking and talking instead of educating their self. They only help if you seem serious about buying. I feel like it is more about how much commission they can make instead of the customer. I brought up my complaints on the employees to the supervisor and he didn't care, he bragged about his employees. I ended up just walking out.

    They diagnosed the problem with compressor, then said that it was also evaporator after replacing the compressor. The evaporator was replaced the compressor. Still doesn't work so had to get another company to take a look. Moreover, they seem to have had punctuality/scheduling issues. Be careful with this company.

    The prices were not bad. We bought three things from them. The cook top was an "F" on the quality. I think that what they could have done differently, they should let people know that once you buy something, it has to be called in three times, for it to be replaced. If there is a defect, it has to be called three times for repair before they will replace it. Our cook top didn't work, it was recommended that don't use the cook top, and we decided not to use the cook top because, we didn't want it to catch fire. We were without cooking capabilities for a week. They finally came and got it right after a month and a half. We had three calls on a brand new cook top.

    The dryer went out on Sunday, and after researching it myself, I suspected it to be the thermal fuse.  The disassebly of the dryer just to get to the part was more than I wanted to tackle myself, so we relented and found the rebate offer for Next Service online. We were given recommendations from two others who had used them for repairs, and were given great feedback.  The service was requested later Sunday afternoon.
    Monday morning I recieved notification from Next Service that their first availability was Tuesday afternoon, which worked for our schedule.  After numerous emails back and forth, the appointment was confirmed.  I had requested a call before the technician arrived to ensure someone would be home, and recieved that Tuesday afternoon, 20 minutes before Azael arrived.
    Azael arrived to our home, was very receptive and informative after researching the issue.  He explained his findings in detail, even helped in confirming parts online and comparing pricing between what it would cost to order the part myself, or to have him do the installation for us.  Unfortunately, the control board is the most expensive component to replace on a dryer, but the price quote we were given to have it repaired that same afternoon was only $75.00 more than me ordering it, then doing it myself after the part arrived. We decided to go on the side of convenience, and requested he proceed with the repair.  Azael went to their warehouse, retrieved the parts needed, returned approximately 30 minutes later, and performed the repair shortly after.  He showed us the old control board he replaced, pointing out the burn marks made when it sparked, and went over the warranty for the service and part.
    Since, we've used the dryer many times, and it works as expected.  Though it was much more expensive than I originally hoped, if I'm needing to pay someone to do the repairs I cannot do myself, then I would hope for the experience we received by Next Service.  It is definitely a company I would use again, if needed, and highly recommend it to others.

    I am not happy with the experience. The thing does not work and, of course, I started having problems with it as right after it went out of warranty. I had them out twice on the free install and neither time did they get it installed right. It runs, but I think the heating element is out. It was a low, moderately cost dishwasher and previous models have lasted a long time. I think it was the install job. I am not happy with Home Depot's installation service. The hookup was extremely poor. They put it in properly and it is functioning. The drains were not connected. They got another guy out fairly quickly, but it did not fix the issue. When they originally did it, it did not work so I had to get another guy out to finish the job. The first serviceman did not stay around to see that the service was finished.

    I ordered it in October of 2014 and I didn't get it until January of 2015. When they took the cover off there was a dent in the side of the refrigerator. They put it in since I had already put my old out of recycling. Then they ordered me another refrigerator and they came in March of 2015. I kept calling them and asking them where my refrigerator was and if it was coming. They said the manufacturer was backed up and I finally got it in January. There are about 10 in this area. This store was closer to my home. The price included installation and delivery. The price was fantastic. Nobody knew anything. They were punctual when it came to the delivery. They were great. I wouldn't use them for anything online. I would tell people to check with the store first to see if they have something that you like there, rather than going online to purchase something from them.

    The washer and the fridge work fine, but the dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry clothes. I contacted them to let them know, and the lady that I spoke with kept insisting that the dryer either worked or didn't, which was just not true.   I feel that they could have done a better job, instead of dismissing the problem right away, and shown better customer service.
