    My experience with this company has been consistent with the other bad reviews they have online. You can read some good reviews, but all of us negative reviewers all say the same thing. My experience: I initially contacted them in early 2019 for a deep freezer that stopped working. I found them on Angie���s list, and when I posted my issue, they contacted me almost immediately and set up a time to come look at the freezer. They came out and diagnosed the problem. Very quick to respond initially and on the ball which I appreciated. My freezer is less than 5 years old but they said it needed a new compressor. They said it would take a few days to get the parts in and then they were going to return to install it. On Feb. 4th 2019, I paid $495 for a full compressor kit and install, on an invoice that was created by Mike. The freezer worked great for a couple of months, and then the same issue started happening again (it wasn���t cooling properly) in summer 2019. I have called the company dozens of times to this point and they have never returned my messages. They���ve only have answered the phone one time. I finally got a hold of someone and spoke with one of their techs on Thursday October 3, 2019. I set an appointment for the following Monday, October 7th to come look at the freezer again, sometime in the early afternoon. I took the afternoon off work and sat at my house all afternoon and evening. Nobody ever showed up and nobody ever called me. Tried calling them and of course, no answer. At this point I am out $495, my freezer doesn���t work (and hasn���t for months), and I���ve had to take time off work for an appointment that never showed up. I���ve tried calling dozens of times, I���ve left messages and have never been called back. Their voicemail says they will return calls within 15 minutes. I���ve never received a return call. Their invoice at the bottom says ���One year warranty on parts and thirty day warranty on labor.��� If the new compressor is bad, then it���s still under their warranty and the warranty should be honored. They don���t answer the phone, don���t return calls, don���t honor their warranty, and will scam you just to make a quick buck off the initial visit. Buyer beware.

    I paid these people almost $390 to repair my nonfunctional ice maker. It still didn���t work. Money for nothing. They came back once and blamed the freezer temperature. It still doesn���t work. Now they won���t answer my calls. Run away from these people as fast as you can!

    Very well, better than expected. It is a very large microwave and close to two years old, the connections are very complicated but he did them with no problem. He had to wait for parts but only for a couple of days.

    I am completely satisfied with the job Issac did to analyze the problem we were having with our microwave. He is very thorough, very professional, and explained the problem the microwave was having. He found that the microwave had a failed capacitor. Although Issac could repair it, he informed me that considering the age of the microwave, repair costs would be the same to replace it with a new microwave. I appreciate his honesty and decided to purchase a new one. I will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him.

    Great job. Issue was scheduled appointment but their scheduler forgot to assign serviceman to toldjob that day. They apologized and first thing next day sent someone to fix it. Did great job, will definitely use them again.

    Jack was amazing! First, he was responsive on a Sunday in getting back to me and scheduling a visit. Once on site, he quickly diagnosed the problem and remedied the heating element for the dryer quickly, while figuring out the problem���s source. He gave me a very fair estimate for the work that had to be done and returned to clean out my ducts. Jack was good with communication and provided fair pricing for high quality work. I would call him again for additional work with appliances or other issues.

    Jose wasted no time in disassembling the drain on the dishwasher, and after some investigation discovered a piece of bone that was stuck in the mechanism, causing it to stop working. Upon removing the bone, machine worked fine. Jose always gives added value to his maintenance calls by pointing out things you can do to prevent other problems, and giving tips on the appliance's operation. Making the appointment was easy (Jose's wife, I assume, returned my call within a couple of minutes, and the appointment was made for the next day). I've used First Priority before to repair my refrigerator, and will use them again next time I have an appliance fail.

    After calling another company that was highly rated on Angie���s List, I received a text from Juan with Texas Appliance Repair advising I could call him for immediate service. The other company could not provide service as quickly as we needed, so I called Juan. He answered and stated he would be out in a couple of hours. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (a valve was leaking water) and ordered the part. I had to be a little proactive in contacting him today to make sure the part had come in and that he was going to truly be out today to complete the repairs. Work was completed and washer is working fine! I would use Juan again, if needed.

    Not well. Was charged $55.00 for service charge which would be refunded if they returned to do the work. I then. received an emailed estimate of repairs. The estimate included a latch/switch for the dishwasher for $89.00 and a fan motor for the microwave at $84.00. The total cost would have been $444.39, which included tax and labor. I decided to see if I could do the repairs myself so first found the parts. I checked with the manufacturer and found that the latch would cost $22.25, and the fan motor would cost $40.00! I called Premier back and told them what I found, and was told that I "Needed to find someone else to complete the repairs". Wow.
