    Marc and Michael, the apprentice, came on time to my home and got right to work. We had to have plumbing moved to accommodate our new bathroom remodel. Marc did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was finished in a timely manner. I like that he was doing ojt (on the job training) with Michael. The ladies at will's kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day. Good companies can be hard to find...glad I've found my good plumbing company and plumber.

    Excellent all the way around. The new outdoor tankless heater replaced an outdoor tank heater and used the existing piping for the most part. I did the demo of the old w. heater enclosure which brought the cost down a couple hundred dollars. Marc was very professional and did excellent work. Ms. Sam was wonderful to work with as well. I would definitely hire them again!

    Hands down the best service experience we've had with plumbers in SA. I was fully braced to be gouged in spite of the fact that I'd vetted Will's through both Angie's and the BBB -- but my cynicism was not rewarded. The guys that came out totally explained what had gone wrong, fixed it quickly, and considering what plumbers know they can get away with, charged a reasonable fee for the work done. For the first time, we have a plumbing company as a contact in our phones -- something we had previously avoided! When this heater goes south, we know for sure who we'll be calling.

    Extremely well. Matthew was very respectful of my family and I during these strange COVID-19 times. Other than Payment (handing over CC), the experience was contactless, and he wore a mask anytime he was in the house. After explaining the issue with the Hammering Noise, and recreating it for him to experience (which wasn't too difficult since it occurred almost every time water was running in at least two locations inside), he inspected multiple locations in the living and attic spaces, and determined that both the Water Pressure Valve and the Tank on the Water Heater needed to be replaced. We got our Estimate, with a description of the steps he would take to resolve, and the knowledge that if we wanted to wait the quote would be active if we chose to go with them later (I'm sure it was for a window, like 30, or 90 days, I don't recall exactly). We agreed that we needed the work done and promptly said yes! Matthew made short work of the fix!! And ensured that the problem was solved. We would absolutely use Will's Plumbing and Testing Services again in the Future! Thank You Guys!!

    This was my first time using Choice Home Warranty since agreeing to a five year plan nine months ago. My dishwasher had stopped draining dirty water and I feared its water pump had failed after 10 years of use. Scheduling repairs by calling the CHW 800 number was fast and easy and a technician was on the job within 36 hours. Fortunately, the pump worked fine and the issue was only a loose wire that the technician repaired quickly. He was on time as promised, very knowledgeable and experienced, courteous, and spent time explaining how to maintain my aging dishwasher. Although I certainly hope nothing else breaks down that requires attention, I'm relieved to know that CHW will send someone to fix it right away. And by accepting CHW's five year Total House Plan, the only out of pocket cost was $65.00. Totally recommend this company.

    I left a message on my first call and received a callback shortly by a very friendly woman (sorry...I forgot her name) who scheduled an appointment for Jose to arrive the very next day to give me an estimate. Jose arrived in a timely manner, was very polite and went right to work on checking out the dryer. Within a few minutes he informed me the problem was with the timer and gave me an estimate for the cost to fix it to which I agreed on. When I asked when I could schedule him to return to fix it he stated that he had another appointment but said he would pick up the part after his appointment and return to fix my dryer. He did return and my dryer was fixed within minutes. Jose was very courteous and professional in his manner as he showed me the broken timer and explained what could have gone wrong to have caused the breakage and how to avoid it in future. To this day my dryer is working great!

    After my brief explanation of the problem, Jose said he was fairly sure that the problem was with a safety switch. And it was. He demonstrated that the oven would not trip the breaker when the switch was disabled. He did not have the exact part and installed a similar to see if it would work. It didn't so he ordered the switch plus two other low-cost switches which he expected would fail in the near future. He hoped they would be delivered so he could have the oven operational before Thanksgiving. The next day I had a voice mail from the office indicating the switches had arrived. I didn't listen to the voice mail until 7:00pm and planned on calling first thing next morning. Shortly after 8:30pm, the office manager called again to see if she could schedule installation of the switches. We scheduled for the next day. Jose came, installed switches, and everything worked. When he replaced one of the other two switches, he found that one had failed earlier which assures the microwave will not function with the door open. Since we had never attempted such an operation, we did not know it had failed. Jose's thoroughness eliminated a potential hazard and a future service call. We are elated to know that First Priority exists and lives up to its name. They responded quickly, thoughtfully, and we felt that they believed and acted as if we are their first priority. Costs were below my expectations and more than competitive with others who provided similar labor intensive repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc).
