    Powell's Pro Building and Remodeling
We knew right away that we were going to like working with Powells Pro. From our first meeting with Rodger and Lisa, we were struck by how likable and professional they were. Throughout the project, they were sensitive to our budget while helping us design improvements to our house that we had never even considered (Rodger is a genius). The crew was wonderful, as well. They showed up on time every day, worked hard all day, and cleaned up every evening. Plus they were really nice guys. They snuggled our dog in the morning and were careful to keep sharp objects put away because we have young kids. We always trusted them in our home. In the end, the project was completed within the projected time frame and at budget, and their work was excellent. We are so happy with our house! The craftsmanship and care Powells Pro put into the project absolutely shows. They were not our lowest bid, but they were worth every penny we spent. We love the final product, and the process was better than we ever expected.

    GLEN PAULSEN SIDING
Glen installs high quality windows at a very good price. However, there is a lot to be desired in the installation. The exterior was poorly trimmed in with adhesive plastic strips instead of aluminum flashing. I had to go around and insulate the gaps myself as they were installing because they had no intention of doing so. On the interior they used caulk to fill large gaps and it looked pretty bad in some places. Some installation problems came up and were worked around instead of being dealt with properly. Later on, we had 4 picture windows that were supposed to be installed. When we were past the point that the windows were supposed to have arrived from the factory, I called to find out about an installation date. At this point it seemed like Glen was ghosting me. I later found out this was true as he had forgotten to order the windows. By this time he had accepted a large contract and said he wouldn't be able to install our windows for several months so we just decided to table the project. Eventually, we had them ordered and installed by a different company. Bottom line: If you want low prices on quality windows and are willing to compromise on installation quality or communication to get them, this might be for you. If you want peace of mind all the way around, keep looking. If it is for new construction, it would probably be fine since you can keep a better eye on what is going on.

    HQ Construction, LLC
The project proceeded quite well. We were kept in the loop on all the decisions and progress. It was a construction project so there were a few hiccups, but nothing significant. All in all I would say its one of the smoothest remodels Ive ever been through.

    Renewal by Andersen of Utah
Jordan and his team were very professional and left our house spotless. We have always received good quality, long-lasting windows from Anderson. Yes, they are pricey, but it is always quality work. The installers had to deal with all of the issues revolving around a nearly 100 year old house with decaying window casings and difficult access on a tiny lot with a SHARED driveway. They were terrific.

    FORTRESS ROOFING
These guys are phenomenal. Done in under 3 days (barring weather) and their work was meticulous as far as cleanup and quality. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a roof done. Thanks Travis, you are the best!

    HoneyDo Construction LLC
Our Cabin Foundation is on a hill and standing on stilts, the cabin was sinking and it needed to be lifted and the support stilts replaced, also the floor beams for the cabin were not secured and at risk of falling off the stilts. Gary was very knowledgeable of what was needed and took notes and measurement and began working on a solution. We discussed the plans and went through the details involved. The work that was performed involved lifting up the cabin floor by jacking up the floor beams and then digging out the old support stilts, then digging a deeper hole that was filled with concrete, when cured then attached the new adjustable support stilts to hold the floor beams in place. This solution allows us to monitor if the foundation shifts again and we can adjust the support stilts up or down as needed to keep the cabin floor level. Also the floor beams were tied together with strong cabling to keep them from sliding off the support stilts. It was a pleasure to work with Gary and we are very happy with the work he performed. Also after a heavy snow, a couple of windows were broken from the snow pack, Gary replaced the windows and made us some custom outside window snow covers to protect this from happening in the future, they are light weight and easy to install/remove for the winter months. Thank you Gary!

    Meticulous Home Remodel & Repair
Thayne, Steve, Fernando and Briggs were fantastic! We used them for a major remodel which included installation of aluminum clad wood windows (in an old brick house), installation of a structural steel beam, putting in a new electrical box, etc. The guys were always punctual, professional, and did quality work every step of the way! They also allowed us to work alongside them, doing some of the demo, clean-up, etc to save ourselves some cash. You really get what you pay for with these guys. They're top notch! They're such great guys, I kinda miss having them around too! We had quite a bit of work done, so they let us open an account and just billed us as we went. They provided detailed invoices for each bill cycle and were very fair with pricing and billing. They weren't the cheapest, but they were definitely the best contractors we have worked with. We will definitely be calling them back for next year's work!

    HomeStar Windows & Doors
The HomeStar employee who came to install the kitchen/basement windows damaged the soffit (she didn't know how to lift the window to avoid doing damage to the soffit) that had just been installed earlier in the day. We were lucky that the soffit and gutter company was able to take out the damaged soffit and replace it without to much noticeable damage. The screen for the kitchen window was also the wrong size. HomeStar ordered another screen and the second screen came and was also the same wrong size. They then ordered a third screen and just this week (almost three months later) I called them to ask about the screen and they informed me it had come in and was the right size but the frame was bent. So, they are now ordering a 4th screen. It is hard to believe that it will take more than 4 month after getting the window installed to get a screen for the window. Also, HomeStar hasn't maintained communication with us regarding the screen . I've had to call them every few weeks to find out the status. Not very concerned about customers once they have paid.

    Greenify Energy Savers
The total package! After listening to three sales quotes I went with Greenify Energy Savers' Gold Ultimate Energy Savers package. They vastly improved my home's energy efficiency with necessary and sufficient insulation and window replacements before installing the solar system. The added cost for making my home energy efficient was not much more than the next lowest cost for the same solar system alone! It's been a couple of months now since completion of the project and I have already felt the climate improvement in my home during the transition from summer to fall. Plus, I've seen the comparative monthly savings in my recent statements. I have no regrets and highly recommend Greenify Energy Savers!

    SAVAGE GLASS CO INC
This company has recently been renamed Valley Glass. I was told it is basically the same company with new ownership. It took about 2 weeks from initial contact to having the work done. This is probably a very reasonable time frame for a relatively minor project. The crew called me the day of installation and promptly showed up. The work was quite satisfactory and done timely & efficiently. The cost was fair and reasonable.
