Provider name locked. (one of the owners) and Provider name locked. were are pleasure to work with. We entertained several other bids from competitors but ultimately settled on Sunlight based on price and their flexibility in working with us and delivering the system we had in mind. Our particular system is both grid-tied and has a battery back-up. Everything looks awesome and we are very pleased with the service that was provided. All work was completed on time and on budget. I was also impressed that Sunlight assisted us in conducting inspections and with submitting all necessary Federal and State paperwork. We would definitely recommend Provider name locked. as a great company to do business with and plan on working with them in the future. In fact, we are saving for future additions!- Eric H.
Met the the sales guy at the South Town Expo Home show. After taking
some of my information, we scheduled an appointment to go over my solar
The sales person showed at our home, and started to "sell" the concept to my wife and I.
I was already informed of the solar concept, and was interested in the details, ie price, project times etc.
He kept selling us the benefits, and sounded a lot like a sales man, although he did sound sincere. One thing my wife, and I did not like at all was the fact he was chewing gum the whole time and not in a quiet manner. It was a little annoying, but we didn't say anything because we didn't want to rude.
When he was setting up his computer, it didn't seem he was ready, and was fumbling around on the computer trying to connect to the internet. Finally, I had to log him in my WIFI, so he could show us a power point presentation, that I could have just read on the website instead of him coming over. Then he was trying to get a hold of another guy on his cell phone so he could talk to us. To see if we where in a good financial position to get into this. Sounded a little weird, and he could not get a hold of this other person, and was trying to waste time.
Finally, we just told him pretty much that we were done and that we would contact him. He said he would send us some more information via email which we have not received.
