He is tracked potential cataracts. He is very good. He is very professional, informative and thorough. I will continue to use him in the future.- Patricia L S.
I called to get a quote before we went in and they quoted $80 for the initial exam (did not indicate that was the cash only price).
They got us in very quickly for our first appointment and I was very pleased with the quickness and availability of appointments. However, when we went in the first time the trouble started. They were running VERY late and It appeared they were overbooked.
When we went to pay, they told me the cost was $160 because I was using insurance, plus the contact fitting fee, which was another $40, but they would generously waive that.
The contacts we received were fairly sub-par, but when I went in for another contact fitting they were again extremely late and they had used up most of our insurance benefit with over-priced exam cost and so I just ordered the contacts they put me in, which did not have correction for my astigmatism.
We took our glasses prescription to another provider who made up my lenses and that's when I discovered that my glasses prescription was also off.
Additionally, we received another bill from Provider name locked. & Provider name locked. for my husband's eye exam, contact fitting, etc., because they said the insurance company did not respond to their request. I don't know if that's true or not, but I felt ripped off from the beginning and that didn't help.
In the end, I would recommend that people stay far, far away from this practice as the prices were double what I was quoted, the service was below average and the quality of care failed on almost every level.- Lacey S.
When my glasses broke, I was able to get an appointment with Dr Provider name locked. (the optometrist) within 48 hours. He was on time and answered all of my questions without seeming annoyed or hurried like some doctors. The price was also very, very reasonable. I was very pleased and plan to return when I need my next eye exam.- Kristen E.
