    Millcreek Sprinkler
He actually arrived a little early, but was able to start on the repair (office has my account on file) and did an excellent job. Millcreek's scheduler/office manager is likely the secret to their success.

    Aoki Landscaping LLC
Joi and her crew did beautiful work. Not only did they build a plan and make recommendations to improve what we were thinking, they built an absolutely gorgeous sustainable redwood deck that is 48 x 14. From the beginning, Joi listened and suggested the most aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound approach. She provided recommendations for how to maintain access to a sprinkler box and a hot tub panel. She was meticulous in calculations for size and level, and proactively considered watering, drainage, and plantings. Joi and the crew were beyond professional, but really a pressure to work with. They are considerate, punctual, and communicative. They were understanding and kind about our kids curiosity, too! Because of their experience, Joi and the crew were able to troubleshoot sprinklers for us, and even set up our system for us. That was most appreciated. The result is a deck that far exceeds our expectations, with recommendations from Joi on how to protect it well into the future. We recommend Aoki without hesitation and will hire them again.

Hot Shot Sprinkler Repair & Landscape LLC
GREAT! They were able to come earlier than scheduled, but called first to make sure it was ok. The sprinkler didn't need to be fixed, so they turned on the system and tested it. Charged us ZERO dollars, which is unheard of anymore. I have used them in the past and they always do a nice job. I will definitely continue to call them for any sprinkler needs.

    Powell's Pro Building and Remodeling
Powell's Pro always completes their work professionally and according to schedule. Late in 2018 they installed a completely new roof (partially flat, and partially shingled), along with adding a beautiful extension of our existing roof to cover a patio. They reinforced the structure of our garage, and did extension re-wiring and remodeling of the garage area. Rain gutters were installed as well. This spring they completely renovated our back yard, including the addition of a retaining wall, flagstone patio and walkway, all new sod and sprinklers, New fence was installed in some areas, along with repair of existing fencing, and the addition of a gas line to our fire pit. It is always a pleasure to work with Rodger and Lisa Powell as well as their entire crew!

Good Samaritan Landscaping and Concrete LLC.
Leslie was prompt in replying to our initial request for a bid (which is a LOT more than can be said a lot of landscapers!) and setting up an initial meeting to look at the property and review what we wanted and then get it scheduled. The crew not only showed up on the appointed day, but we got a call the day before, making sure we had the neighbor's permission to step onto their property to install the concrete barrier under the fence. During the entire project, they had to work around rain, but did come when they said they would be there when weather permitted. We were very pleased with the work they did, their flexibility when we changed our minds, as well as suggestions Fred made. With changes, it was more than the original bid, but we felt the price was very reasonable! We really enjoyed working with Fred and Leslie and their crew. We plan to use them again in the future when we are ready to tackle xeriscaping our front yard! We highly recommend them.

Good Samaritan Landscaping and Concrete LLC.
Fred and his team were very kind and hard working. They communicated well about the project and the timing on everything and worked hard to get things finished even when weather and unexpected challenges arose. He problem solved our broken sprinkler system that another company failed to identify and fix last year. Good Samaritans price was fair and their work was excellent. As is to be expected with any batch of new sod, a few squares of didnt take, but Fred said he would come replace any spots that dont green up with watering. Other than that the work was great! We will definitely use Good Samaritan in the future.

    TLC- Taylor Landscaping and Concrete
The sprinkler work was to take a week and the clean-up one day. It took them two weeks and they didn't do a very good job on the sprinklers or the clean-up. For example: Needed more sod in the front yard. they replaced some not all. They didn't clean-up the east side yard in front. when we pointed that out they said they would do it next time (there won't be a next time). They were supposed to take out the lilac bush and fitzer roots, just buried them with top soil to hide them. Didn't install sprinkler system to code. Didn't run wires through gray electrical conduit connecting the valves into the sprinkler clock. they didn't install a drainage system on the sprinklers they installed. When we pointed out the deficiencies in the job, Shane called my wife and I As-----S, and told us we were getting a deal for the services provided. Almost $4,300 ( in cash because he doesn't want to report his earnings to the IRS) was not a deal. Shane was very unprofessional in his treatment of my wife and I - the customer. He tried to apologize for his behavior after the fact, but it didn't negate his lack of professionalism. Beware if you use TLC (Takes Lots of Cash)-- you pay a lot for mediocre service. didn't

    LARRY'S LAWN AND SERVICES
Called around the end of september to have him give me a quote on doing sprinkler work. He was a little rude and said, I dont do sprinklers this time of year and told me to use someone else. not impressed with his customer service or attitude.

    SONIC SOLUTIONS LLC
Sonic Solutions has been winterizing my sprinkler system for years. I built my sprinkler system, so I'm very particular about its care. Sonic has done a great job every year. They always are on time, and they are thorough. Their price has been reasonable.

    Sprinkler Master (West Jordan)
**Avoid this company!** I was given an estimate of $340-$455 to complete some sprinkler work after the tech came out and looked at the yard and ran the sprinklers to see what the coverage was like. They came out and did the work and then I received an invoice for $895. ***!?!? There was never any mention when the techs arrived that the price will have to be increased to complete the job. There was never any conversation that the job or parts cost had changed from when they came out originally and gave me the estimate. The estimate was for 3-4 hours of labor which was $255-$340. That didnt detail if it was 1 tech or 10. I was never told that now that 2 techs showed up to do the work that the labor was really now 6-8 hours. After the job was complete and the techs were leaving they told me that the labor cost was $85 for each of them. I told them about the price I was estimated and they just said oh it will be more than that. Later that night I received the invoice for $895. I also found out that Sprinkler Master who I had read the reviews for and hired (I thought) was really in fact Dr Sprinkler. The company is fake, the estimate was fake and Jay Auvigne (the owner) is an absolute crook! He did come down in price after I refused to pay double what they had estimated without prior approval. Not good enough and I want to make sure that no one else gets caught up in this scam!
