I specifically asked if they could Provider name locked. crab grass. They said they could. I signed up for their six treatment plan. I assumed it would be 6 treatments spread throughout the summer with a final winterizer in the fall. Instead they came out 3 times in one month, the other 3 were spread out over a few months. The spray killed the dandelions, but did nothing for the crabgrass. Still have it. Additionally, they will send an auto bill the following spring, and if you don't call and cancel the plan, they will send someone out to spray you yard and you have a $50 bill to pay. I canceled.

We have used Provider name locked. crew for various jobs since last August. Provider name locked. returns calls in a timely manner and his crew always shows up when he says they will. They are competent and professional, whether they are building a fence, cutting the lawn or hauling junk. The charges are reasonable. We are very glad to have found them on Angie's list.

Made and appointment online for aeration and seeding with a very nice person. The appointment was for Oct. 12th. I told them I need to know what day so I could have my yard mowed and leaves up. After having this discussion I was informed they were going to come on the 12th a Saturday. I was off work the 10th and 11th so it would be perfect. It was to rain on the 10th which gave me the 11th to get it done. They came on the 10th in the rain without telling me they wanted to move the appt. I was not home. Because they came on the wrong day the hose was on the lawn and so they didn't aerate the area it was on. They then proceeded to overseed my flowerbeds I had cleared in the backyard next to my fence. When I asked the next day why they came on the 10th instead of the appt. date. They said that there was a storm coming in over the weekend and they wanted to miss it...Which is funny since the day they came it had been raining all day. The 11th and 12th were to be perfect days. They also stated there was nothing noted on the account that they couldn't come earlier and that I never mentioned I needed to be called. This is not true. It is always noted when and APPT. is made if it needs changed to call the customer.
They offered to come and spray the area next to the fence so it wouldn't grow. and to reseed the front after it was cut and cleared of leaves. Also to aerate the area under the trees where the hose had been.
They came back on the 18th and reseeded the front lawn like stated. But didn't aerate the corner they missed the first time. They then proceeded to the backyard where they aerated the seeds into the flowerbeds and only sprayed the seeded area under the fence.
I will not use them again. They didn't want to work a Saturday and shouldn't have made the appointment. I would have been okay with a weekday only If I knew when they were coming to have the leaves up to get the best conditions. But to tell me it was my fault and then make a bigger mess of the flowerbeds when they weren't suppose to do anything but spray,
