Rodger and Lisa do an amazing job! They offered some great design ideas and loved their suggestions! Incredible work, attention to detail and on time. I will be using them again and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

    Xiphos Inc
The foundation of referral websites like this is dependent on providing a comprehensive perspective to the next person wanting to research and evaluate what it is like to work with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501. It is through the feedback of previous customers that future customers can gain real-life insights. Based on our experience with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License #: 10348455-5501 we give a rating of less than zero. We will never work with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License #: 10348455-5501 again and strongly warn, caution, and urge anyone considering working with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License #: 10348455-5501 to find another resource to do whatever project you are looking to have done. We are out of thousands and thousands of dollars (pursuing legal action) because @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 walked away from our project after stopping work for over a month. @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 stopped returning phone calls, emails, and text messages so with no way to move our project forward, we were forced to exercise our right to terminate our relationship per the terms of our contract. We are now left with a 4-foot dropoff outside of our backdoor created by digging a hole for footings. Our backyard is littered with the tons of broken-up concrete and other materials from his demolition work all done without securing a construction permit. @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 abandoned the project and left us with a sprinkler system that is unusable because he tore through our water pipes, electrical wiring, and opened-up large gaps in our fencing which prevents us from putting our dogs in the backyard. Finally, and most disturbing, we were given answers to questions that we have discovered were not truthful. In summary, our experience with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 is he does not tell the truth, he takes your money and runs, and simply stops communicating leaving you with no options. Hopefully our experience will help inform and guide your decision whether to go forward. We strongly recommend that you do not work with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501.

    HQ Construction, LLC
The project proceeded quite well. We were kept in the loop on all the decisions and progress. It was a construction project so there were a few hiccups, but nothing significant. All in all I would say its one of the smoothest remodels Ive ever been through.

    Powell's Pro Building and Remodeling
Powell's Pro always completes their work professionally and according to schedule. Late in 2018 they installed a completely new roof (partially flat, and partially shingled), along with adding a beautiful extension of our existing roof to cover a patio. They reinforced the structure of our garage, and did extension re-wiring and remodeling of the garage area. Rain gutters were installed as well. This spring they completely renovated our back yard, including the addition of a retaining wall, flagstone patio and walkway, all new sod and sprinklers, New fence was installed in some areas, along with repair of existing fencing, and the addition of a gas line to our fire pit. It is always a pleasure to work with Rodger and Lisa Powell as well as their entire crew!

    Paul Carver Construction
Excellent. I already had the material we wished to use which was T&G cedar for a garage and composite siding for house. We also had composite decking to install. Mr. Carver came over, gave a bid and showed up when he said he would and did the job quickly with great results. He asked questions to ensure things were done as we wanted and didn't make assumptions. He was one of the few that answered phone calls and did what he said he would do and on the dates he stated he could do them. When he did have any conflict he called to communicate the conflict and we worked out new schedules. I am very happy with the result and would hire him again for

They did an amazing job. They pulled a permit and did it all by the book. They came when they said they would and even hauled off the old fence. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

    Mike Donehue Siding
Mike was very responsive and repaired a section of the home where the builder did not follow city code. He also reduced the install price as he completed the job quicker than he thought. I would definitely hire him again.

    Muir Painting
The service was great! Landon was very responsive and answered promptly. I appreciated him being on time; thats hard to find these days. He addressed issues as they came up and requested permission to proceed instead of simply doing the extra work and billing me for it later. The job itself turned out great! It showed he took pride in his work. It seemed as if he was working on his own home; he wanted his work to be perfect. Would highly recommend Muir Painting and I will definitely be using him again for future paint jobs.

    Alta stucco
I would not do business with this company. We were asked by one of our clients if we knew anyone that did stucco repair. I said I would try and find someone to come out and give us a estimate so he could get it fixed ASAP because he wanted to have his house repainted. We reached out to Alta Stucco on Wednesday March 27th he said he would come out and do the estimate the next morning on the 28th. When he showed up he took a look around and said we would have a estimate by the end of the day. We waited over the weekend and a couple more days and still nothing. We reached out a couple times and he kept giving excuses saying we would receive it soon. On Friday April 5th in the morning I called to give them one more chance. The guy said he would send it by the afternoon. Then on Saturday the 6th I sent him a text saying not to bother. (the conversation is attached in the pictures) I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism that was replied back to me by a company before. It makes you wonder how the rest of the process wouldve gone if we ended up moving forward with the company. *Edited* I couldnt add the photos so here is our conversation in text form. Me: Dont bother sending a bid, if it take your company over a week to send a simple estimate I would hate to know how much of a struggle it would be to actually have the work done. We will find someone else to come out and do it. Thanks Alta stucco : Sounds great. Honestly after our first meeting I had no desire of working with your company. Sorry you were unable to pick up on that. Me: Thats your response to not following through on something you said you would you do? If you didnt want to do the job how about being a man about it and just saying you didnt want to do the job instead of stinging someone along. We get people asking to do stucco repairs all the time and we were hoping to build a business relationship moving forward but apparently that doesnt hold interest to you Alta stucco: Im sorry you got your feelings hurt. Find a different company and move on.

    Anderson Masonry LLC
Russ (and family) was great to work with and did high quality work. He came by to give us a quote on expansion of window openings, moving door openings, etc. He informed us that we had structural brick (only a wooden header which was only allowed for several years before the technique was banned). He let us know he would not do the work until we spoke with a structural engineer because of this. As new owners of this old house, we were very happy to have someone who was knowledgeable of the way our house was built and was able to guide us to ensure our home remained structurally sound. He helped us come up with a plan to do the work we needed to fit his and our scheduled remodeling steps. We're extremely happy and impressed with the work. You can't tell where brick was added. The colors match better than we ever expected. It was also great to work with a true family business! Sometimes the kids would come help and his dad showed up on occasion as well. I highly recommend Russ for his craftsmanship, knowledge and work quality! Following is a bit more detail on the work and results. We expanded nearly all windows and doors in our 1959 brick house. We also added two sliding doors to the back of the house. There was a regular swinging door that needed to be bricked over. Because of all of the added openings, we had lots of extra brick. Russ was able to clean and reuse our original brick window sills and tooth in every opening. You know when you drive around an older neighborhood and you can see the brickwork from the street? Not from Russ. You absolutely cannot tell where he toothed anything in. Our mortar color isn't available anymore. He is so experienced, he mixed it by eye and it matches perfectly. Russ was also instrumental in other things. He helped the window people measure correctly and gave us structural advice that the first engineer missed. Russ may not be the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for.
