Poorly. Steer clear of these guys. The front office doesn't give a **** about customer service as once they lock you in, they drag you along the coals of an open fire messing up everything they touch. They couldn't install dry wall correctly nor slope a floor or drains in the right direction. ****, they couldn't even read a design to see where things were to installed or read the instructions of how to install the accessories which, they did completely wrong. multiple times. we fired their first guy and ripped out 85% of his work as they sent their #2 guy. ****, he couldn't even put a toilet rough-in at 12"! For the most part he was good but missed out on a lot of details building our modern/contemporary bathroom that we now are seeing the errors as we go to install fixtures. even the tile was laid down wrong and we had them rip it out once already! Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with these guys. They have no idea what they are doing and worse yet, their customer service from the office are absolutely horrible. They don't answer your questions and avoid conflict of their shoddy work. Couldn't even get a supervisor to come for a site visit to see how the project was coming along. I have a ton of photos as to why you shouldn't even think about hiring these asshats on another device so google me and email me if you want evidence to how bad these guys are.

    Express Home Services
We are first-time homeowners and I'm so happy with our experience. Chase was honest and transparent about costs, and there were no surprises. The crew came on time and worked every day. They were pleasant, respectful and flexible with changes. If there was a problem, Chase is prompt to communicate and gets it fixed. I would recommend this company to any of our friends.

Adan was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote. He arrived on time, and is very friendly and professional. He did a quality job and then cleaned up everything when he was finished. I will use Adan in the future for other handyman projects.

It didn't. An appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of my inquiry and I was happy about that. However, on the day of the appointment, I received a call that the man was having mechanical issues and would have to reschedule. He indicated that he would call back in the next day or two. I never heard back. I waited over a week for any call back, and nothing. I decided to go a different route and contact a different company, which carried out the task I needed.

    Meticulous Home Remodel & Repair
We had two jobs needing care; (1) clearing gutters, (2) cleaning and oiling of a beautiful wood front door. Brent from Meticulous was the employee who helped us, and he was first-rate--especially with the door. He was especially skilled and knowledgeable and gave the door some initial sanding and then a treatment which made the grains in the wood stand out. We call on Meticulous for help in many areas, and their work and advice is always first rate.

Adan Roman kept in touch from the time I first contacted him to make an appointment until he arrived to do the work. He had excellent knowledge of the type of project I hired him to do and he shared suggestions as we discussed and made a decision how to go forward on the project. He worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Adan and would hire him again.

    Happy House Cleaning
I have used Happy Housecleaning for many years and I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service they have provided. They have always worked with my schedule, contacted me prior to arrival, and been attentive to any special requests I have had. They have always treated my furnishing and decorative items with care. Their teams are well trained and curtious. Mr. Henderson is also excellent at handling handyman services. I continue to appreciate their professionalism and will continue to use their services.

    Grant's Handiman Service
We found out he had no business license, Worker's Comp, or insurance. Originally contracted with Mr. Stringham to complete four jobs at our home - fix a cinder block wall, add vinyl siding to an existing shed, build a 12 x 12 shed on a concrete pad. The original bid was for $5,145.01. While he was working on the cinder block wall, we added an additional concrete pad for $1,450. The new total was $6,595.01. The cinder block wall is not level. There is a dip in the middle. He also asked for an additional $100 to complete the wall. The additional concrete pad (for $1,450) has no re bar (the purpose was to park a truck). This was done incorrectly. The 12 x 12 shed - the pad was poured incorrectly. There was absolutely no way a 12 x 12 shed could be built. He built a 11 x 11 x 13 x 13 shed. The pad was not level. It slops to the wall at the back corner of the property creating a pool of water. There was no membrane between the concrete and the wood. There are also places where there is a 2" gap between the concrete floor and the wood. He asked for an additional $100 for wood. This brought the total cost for the project to $6,795.01. We paid for most of the supplies ($2,787.36), wages ($912.80), and cash to him ($1,567.34) in the amount totaling $5,267.50. He walked off the job with only the sides of the shed up. He attempted to leave our home with the supplies we had purchased. The balance due was $1,527.51. Just a little less than half of what was owed on the shed. The cost to finish the shed - purchasing the shingles, board for the roof, nails, caulk, labor to complete the siding and roof, drilling holes in the cinder block wall are in excess of the balance due Mr. Stringham. The shed still has a stream running through it when it rains. Please beware of doing business with this person. He is now threatening us with a law suit if we do not pay him and additional $500 for supplies that he purchased (that should have been covered by the $1,567.34 paid) We did contact DOPL. A citation was issued to Mr. Stringham for doing business without the proper licenses.
