I'm really happy with the person who done that. So I'm good. I really liked her. They're excellent, she's excellent. She's really fast and she does a great job. Their prices are totally in line. I would use this provider again in the future.
- Debbie T.
I followed my nail tech of twenty years (Kohnie) to this location. It is the funnest place ever. When I broke my ankle, Provider name locked. responded immediately to a request to wash and style my hair. I had never been to her before and she did a great job and a reasonable price.- Nancy A.
Provider name locked. did not do what I asked at all in regards to the highlights. There was a disconnect between what happened with my color and what should have happened. She understood what I wanted as evidenced by her just doing a trim on my hair. She did not LISTEN to me or was not capable of giving me the color I wanted, and she should have just told me that so I wouldn't be hiding under a hat for 2 weeks and have to get my hair fixed and pay over twice the amount in NYC. As far as the highlights...I have only been able to make sense of this as that she didn't listen to what I wanted on my color because her preferences are different than my wants. To prefer is one thing, but it's unacceptable to subject me to her "way". I don't know why she thought I would miraculously wake up and love it when I was crying for the first time ever over my hair. It was the color of wood. No brightness. It was a color that I didn't want or request. Further, no one liked it except her. After I left the Provider name locked. , I called over and over throughout the following week to speak with Provider name locked. and tell her how much I disliked my hair. The first few times, she kept telling me to wash it so that it would brighten up. I told her I wanted a refund, and she said that was fine if I still didn't like it after 1 week of "sitting with it." I called back after a week and said I wanted the refund. She tried to get me to let her fix it or to spend even more money at another stylist in the same Provider name locked. so they could fix it. Are you kidding me?! You already said you'd refund it. Why would I let someone who doens't listen near my hair again? Further, I'm not spending MORE money to get it fixed at the Provider name locked. that messed it up. It was such a disaster. I told her to have the owner call me.
The owner, Provider name locked. , did return my call and said she had to see my hair. Well, I had no problem with that, and I was going to stop by so she could see it, but she wasn't in the Provider name locked. for 3 days, and I had a flight to NYC and was getting my hair fixed by my former stylist. I had a problem, however, with the way in which Provider name locked. asked me to come in to the Provider name locked. and said something to the effect of "Well, anyone could get their hair done and then pretend they don't like it so they don't have to pay." After someone at her Provider name locked. messed up my hair, she felt the need to insult me.
On top of all that, I had to have my hair processed again not even 2 weeks after to fix it and spent over twice the original amount to get it fixed and have it not fall out. There are still wood colored parts of my hair in a few places. My old stylist said it will take several times to grow out and that it would have to have full color and would likely fall out if I wanted it totally gone.
Not getting what I asked for was enough for me. The aftermath and how the situation was handled (rather, not) afterwards was extremely frustrating. I just wanted me hair fixed and to put this horrible experience behind me. Instead a horrible day was forcefully dragged on for 3 weeks and counting. And I'm still waiting on my refund...I will have to call my credit card company to have them charge it back if I don't see the money in my account in the next few days.
I will follow up if anything in my dealings with Provider name locked. changes.- Jennifer B.
