There are a hundred complexities with any kitchen remodel. Steve was always ready and open to talk things through with me and to make sure things got done right. ARetrospect Building & DesignOur home is over 25 years old and we were needing a combination of home renovations and a series of new work including new bedrooms, bathrooms, storage rooms and generally fixes around the house. Dan and his team were incredibly professional, adaptable to changes and quality driven. The projects varied significantly in scope and he assembled a team that was able to accomplish our request and exceed our expectations. APowell's Pro Building and RemodelingWe knew right away that we were going to like working with Powell’s Pro. From our first meeting with Rodger and Lisa, we were struck by how likable and professional they were. Throughout the project, they were sensitive to our budget while helping us design improvements to our house that we had never even considered (Rodger is a genius). The crew was wonderful, as well. They showed up on time every day, worked hard all day, and cleaned up every evening. Plus they were really nice guys. They snuggled our dog in the morning and were careful to keep sharp objects put away because we have young kids. We always trusted them in our home. In the end, the project was completed within the projected time frame and at budget, and their work was excellent. We are so happy with our house! The craftsmanship and care Powell’s Pro put into the project absolutely shows. They were not our lowest bid, but they were worth every penny we spent. APowell's Pro Building and RemodelingThis is the second time we have hired Powell’s Pro Remodeling to complete a job for us. From the start Lisa and Rodger Powell were responsive to our request for services. Both Rodger and Lisa assisted us in choosing vendors and product. They were open to our suggestions on design. A project manager stayed with our project the entire time. The crew assigned to our project remained on site until their responsibilities were completed. Powell’s Pro employees are punctual and only take a lunch break. All of their employees present in professional work attire. The work area was cleaned daily and the job was completed within the timeframe that Lisa and Rodger had given us. Would definitely work again with the Powell’s without hesitation.- Michael K.

APowell's Pro Building and RemodelingRemodeling is not so fun, but with this company its great! We needed the base molding added in the living room, dining room, family room, and 2 hallways. They brought all the supplies! (I didn't want to bother with that.) They were prompt, stayed on task, wonderful bedside manner, and did a professional job. They even calked all the molding without making a mess. And yes they thoroughly picked up after themselves. I am hiring them again to replace 2 windows. Look no further, you will thoroughly love these guys. I didn't take a picture of the family room because it was too messy and I didn't feel like cleaning it up but the molding in there is beautiful.- Kathy P.

AWe had excellent results from UDK. Very professional and they know their stuff. They saved our hard wood floors that in my opinion were ruined. A special shout out to Nate Mitani and David Blanton. David showed up on Thanksgiving day to check on how thing were going. As far as I'm concerned they went above and beyond to keep things clean during the sheet rock tear out and all of the other stuff that goes along with water damage. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
