They took exceptional care to Provider name locked. everything and to cover vanity and mirror with plastic sheeting. They vented their equipment through an open window, being careful to cover the rest of the open window around their machine so that little cold from the outside came in. They told me that there would be an door from the product they used, and also that it would Provider name locked. for 2-3 hours after completion. Door was minimal! My hardwood floor was totally covered by a tarp while they worked. Every item in my bedroom that they had re-located while working was put back into place. All in all I cannot praise them enough for their timeliness, efficiency and superb workmanship. Would I use them again? In a heartbeat!- Diane G.
HORRIBLE. There are still spots on my hardwood floor where they dribbled their material. I had bubbles appear immediately after they left. I texted the vendor to have them come back and he was very rude and never returned to fix the problem. Here is a verbatim response from a text he sent me "Yes, I did receive your pictures. I will come and look at that when I get a Provider name locked. but prior to doing your sinks I told you upfront about sinks and how I don't warranty them!!!!" Those are his exclamation Provider name locked. . While he was here he badmouthed "low class people" and then of course he never showed up.I tried to text his "business number" that he left with me and received the following text message. "Please have some respect its 6:30 in the morning your sinks can wait til at least 9 to have this conversation" Well, my interpretation is that his "business number" is his personal cell and when I was leaving a message at what I thought was a business number it must have dinged and made him upset. Needless to say, he never returned my calls to fix his poor workmanship. BE WARY OF THIS VENDOR.

Went really well. I dealt with Provider name locked. and I was impressed with:
-responsiveness: began project day after we agreed on it. This is after I fired previous contractor for not showing up, so I was very happy to have this project get moving
-project management/communication: typically not a strong point of contractors, however Provider name locked. kept communicaiton going - would call frequently with updates, was reachable, and overall kept project moving on schedule.
-quality of work: no complaints whatsoever. Had an issue where walls were crooked (as old walls) and tile was sticking out at Provider name locked. - he got his handyman guy to smooth out the drywall so it blends well. Minor issues were resolved right away
-pricing: overall pricing was good: I saved significantly over what my interior designer quoted me. Only issue was original estimate was much less than what I ended up paying (as scope kept increasing) but overall I still felt it was much cheaper than I would have gotten throuugh my interior designer.
