We have a very large, very steep hillside to deal with and the workers made it look easy. They were extremely professional every step of the way and we were amazed at the end of each day to see the amount of work done and the changes occurring. Others we got an estimate from became unresponsive. We were assigned a project manager and start date promptly after signing and are absolutely thrilled with what was accomplished in less than two weeks! The team was very professional, we love the new garden beds, trimmed trees, and ground cover! And they were very professional about cleaning up when the project was completed. Highly recommend! David had the guys return the next day to complete things to my satisfaction. As usual, everything was cleaned up at the end of the job, leaving the property neat and clean. AAlpha Tree ServiceDaniel and his team did an amazing job. This is our second time hiring Daniel The first time was a removal of a huge redwood that was too close to the house. The second, most recent was removal of a redwood that fell from a strong storm. He came within the hour of contacting him to have a look and removed it soon after. Daniel is hardworking, dedicated to doing a great job and he is really well priced. Above all he has always been respectful of the property and very nice to my family. AGenesis Tree ServicesGenesis Tree Service's team was right on time, ready to work. The fig tree in my backyard was large and unruly and it was a job to take down! The Genesis crew did an excellent job, cutting the large pieces into smaller ones so that the pieces would fit through the narrow walkway between my home and my fence line. None of the branches that were cut down fell anywhere near the structure of my home, my shed, or my neighbor's gazebo. Once the tree was down, the stump was ground down until nothing visible can be seen above ground. Additionally, they were able to remove the branches that were hanging over the fence into my neighbor's yard without leaving any branches behind in the neighbor's yard. The crew left my backyard cleaner than it has been in years! Best of all, the estimated cost for the job was the exact amount I was charged! AAlpha Tree ServiceDaniel and the team at alpha tree service are professional, attentive, quick and really good at what they do. Also really great price for the level and amount of work. The team came in to remove a large tree that was quite close to the house, and did stump grinding as well. They were very careful and attentive of my garden and did not damage any of the flowers in the process. They took care of clean up and removal of all yard waste. We would definitly recommend and would love to use them again when we will need more tree work done.- Mia G.

AI interacted with Adrian (co-owner), Joe (co-owner), Eric (foreman I think), and Cassidy (front desk). In the first step of contacting them after I got a flier in the mail, it was easy to get ahold of them and set up a time, no hassle. Cassidy was very charming and endearing to speak with. Then I met with Adrian about the bid and he was helpful and informative when I inquired about the health of the trees and how I could support their health (same with Eric). Joe and Eric came to actually carry out the work for the project and they were both pleasant to speak with as well. They were also easy-going, helpful, and organized with their work force. I could see they all worked hard to get the job done (and there was a lot to do). I wasn't able to engage with Joe as much, but when I spoke with Eric, he was informative, patient, and thorough in his occupational execution as well. Did a good job cleaning up too! I greatly appreciate their service, and here's another thing on my check list I can mark off and be relieved about!

AThey were wonderful. We had gotten 4 quotes and we came back to STC because of their professionalism and breadth of knowledge. They sent a crew of 3 and Kevin who is the arborist came out as well. They were done in under 4 hours. They cleaned up so well and we asked to keep the tree trimmings which the placed in our driveway as requested. I would use them again ! I have already referred them to a family friend.

FHorrible. Ted, the arborist, provided an quote which I accepted. It was for a LIGHT TRIM and remove a limb. Crew arrived but Ted was not there to review the contract. English appeared to be a scond language for the crew which was a problem when had to tell them what Ted had on the contract. Crew had a different idea on the work and agressively went at the tree. called Bailey imediatley. Ted showed up and stated he leaves it to the crew to determine what to cut and how much. So why did I need an arborist? I didn't. They blew any followup work from me. This coming spring I have about $5,000 of work on 3 liquid ambers. Also, they left the removed lib to be picked up the following week.
