Stucco Repair reviews in Sacramento

W e had been looking and getting bids from quite a number of
professionals in this area. We finally settled on Pinnacle. Provider name locked. was very
competitive with his pricing, professional and experienced in his
trade. We liked him immediately and felt very at ease. He doesn't nickel
and dime you. When we left out some additional work with our initial
request, he priced the additional work at a fair price and also did some
other work at no charge. He is responsive and sticks to his commitment
and schedule. Job site was always left clean. The stucco matched the
existing stucco to the house very well. Highly recommend.

I contacted this company the week of October 6th to get an estimate for stucco repair on a property we are renovating.
I was told that Provider name locked. would be contacting me for an appointment. When Provider name locked. called me back he was unable to give me an exact time to meet me since, according to him, he had a lot of projects that he was overseeing. We settled on a time frame between 9am and 3pm, Wednesday, October 15. Since I have a tenant in the property, I asked that he at least call me 30 minutes prior to arrival since it would take me that amount of time to drive to the property. Unfortunately I had to cancel our appointment because of another renovation project that took priority. What concerns me was the response I received from him when I told him I had to cancel and call back to reschedule.
This is the actual text message exchange between Provider name locked. and me. You have to read it to believe that any company would blatantly be so self assured they could risk their business with this kind of response to a prospective client.
Me: " I have to cancel appointment for Wednesday. Will call you for new date and time, Sry"
Mr. Provider name locked. : "I'm too busy to deal with this job and circumstances regarding your schedule. Find someone else."
Wow, just, wow.

Provider name locked. called me back within the day I left him a message. He appeared to be professional and knowledgeable. He was a bit off-putting. He asked me about my project and I explained I was looking at stucco repair, possible patio cover and concrete work. When I told him my house was built in 1942, he immediately went into the possibility that my house could contain lead if I had not done a lead test and since work was already done (foundation repair, window retrofit) without a lead test, he did not want to take the risk of doing work. Understandable. Since I am concerned about lead exposure, I will get a test done. I asked him if there was no lead present would he still be interested. But he explained that since I am considering selling the house, he would probably be too expensive and declined to bid. What's interesting about this comment is that Provider name locked. doesn't know my financial situation. Expensive is relative. His web site would lead you to believe his company does everything. To quote "From installing a new plug to fixing a roof leak, Provider name locked. has you completely covered from the roof down. We also offer our clients seamless gutters and gutter screens, dry-rot repair, fascia board replacement, small electrical and plumbing repairs, new light fixtures, new shutters, new decorative trim, repairing and building decks, fence and gate repairs, stone veneers like Absolutely Stone, and many other types of improvements and repairs." BUT he doesn't do concrete. Hmmmm.
