  • I used to work in home construction so I can say that they were skilled and knowledgeable at the relatively new trade of preventing small mice from entering a home through every conceivable opening around a residence. Although I paid a little over a thousand, which may include more materials than the average home, I finally have peace of mind since mice can easily invade a home in inclement weather.

  • Horrible experience, the employees were very poorly trained. They severely underestimated the time to do the job. They sealed holes in vent screens with big globs of unsightly goo. The crawlspace access door wouldn't stay closed do they pried a stepping stone out of the garden and used that to hold it closed. They spit sunflower seed shells all over, including on our front porch furniture. They vacuumed the old insulation out of the attic but there was a leak in their system and it spewed old insulation and rat droppings all over the inside of our garage and on open storage shelves, and they didn't clean it up. They only apply blown-in insulation and our ducts are covered with sheet insulation, so they didn't remove that insulation or the rat droppings on the tops of the ducts. I could go on....

  • We recommend Clark Pest and rate them "super". Clark Pest is reliable and in 30+ years we've never had a problem with this company. Like clockwork, they arrive, let you know they are there and when done and they leave their paperwork. They schedule monthly services; plus annual services, as needed. Although you;re on a regular schedule, they send a reminder post card to you prior to each visit.

  • I am happy with the service. My only complaint was that they didn’t always call before coming (I bought a package of quarterly treatments) so I wasn’t home sometimes to let them into restricted areas. Also, one gentleman said he needed to treat inside while the other did not. All of that aside, I have not seen any bugs and they were super nice service men.

  • The arrived promptly. They checked my attic and surroundings of the house. I have yet to see a report with pictures. Also, they were trying to up sell me with extensive rodent treatment plan. They didn't tell me information I already knew.

  • Then a dude named Kevin comes out on the specified dates to spray for fleas. I ask where is Jason, and he says, "Jason is busy, so I'm helping him out." Ok, who cares. Just spray. After 2 visits, Kevin says that he thinks the fleas are gone and that Jason would be coming out from now on to do the general pest control. I say, wait what, I should be getting flea control every 2 weeks like I signed up for. He says that if he doesn't see fleas, they won't come out anymore. I said that's what I signed up for. He says they don't fight against what they don't see. I said, so how will I protect my dog? That's the whole point of getting pest control for the fleas, so I can avoid the bite to begin with. So, basically, Jason signed me up for his general pest control, which includes flea service, when I specifically requested flea service, and he told me general pest is included. Kevin says talk to Jason. Jason says talk to the manager. The manager David calls me and says: -we try to make the contract simple with 5 points -you signed the contract I reply: your sales person misrepresented the service. I believed that I would be getting biweekly flea service He replies: I wasn't there, so I can't confirm that. I reply: you have a customer telling you that a salesperson has misrepresented your company, and your response is that you weren't there? You can't be everywhere. Where is the concern for unethical business practices? I want to cancel. He replies: the contract is simple, you signed it. if you cancel, you owe 50% of the balance. Company can't be bothered by misrepresentation of services.

  • They contacted us right away to schedule the service. They were punctual and courteous. We had to phone the company before they began work because the technician was not able to provide details on the pesticides they use. We asked for that information at the time of scheduling and were told that the service technician would be able to provide. In the future, we would ask for MSDS sheet before the day of service.

  • I found a reddish roach in my garage, so I thought I needed major pest control. They came and told me that this particular kind of roach was not common in my area and was likely a refugee from a climate event happening in its normal habitat. I hired them anyway and they have been very helpful in maintaining the property free of roaches (I never saw another one) and in intervening when other kinds of bugs have proven problematic, especially the wasps that seem to like my back yard.
