    Paul Kearney Inc
This is the only company that I use and the only one I recommend to friends. This job went very well as always. This very professional company arrives on time, completes the work as promised, and cleans up the work space very well afterwards. There are no surprises with regard to cost or expected time of completion. In addition, our experience tells us that we can trust the staff of this company: They extended our house by 15.6 feet to include a master suite, a second bathroom, a laundry room, and water heater closet and porch. They re-shingled the house with cedar shingles. They installed hardwood floors throughout; upgraded electrical, and reinforced the existing foundation.

    PMT Concrete
The construction went very well. With some discussion, we made sure we were all on the same page about the details of the new walks, which are simple concrete without any special additions or treatments. The crew brought a Bobcat-type skidder with jackhammer and loader attachments, as well as a dump truck. They had the old driveway removed and hauled off in less than an hour. Then they worked with us in laying out the shapes, elevations, and slopes of the new walkways and had the forms all set in another couple of hours, doing it by eye and following the slopes and heights of the yard. The concrete was poured in another hour or so and the entire job was finished by the end of the day. They removed the forms a couple days later. Their price was among the lowest we were quoted. The finished walks look very nice and are a pleasure to use. I gave them a B in Professionalism because the quote was lacking in any detail and they haven't yet provided an invoice, even though I've called once to remind them. For a small, simple job like this one, that might be OK, but for a large or complex one I'd want a clearer documentation and better accounting.

    B line construction, Inc.
I liked that they communicated well. While they were here, of coarse, they were under the house. I think the only short coming probably was getting on their schedule. They are a busy company, that was kind of the issue.

    Tom's Concrete
Tom and his crew did an excellent job. Tom prescisely matched into my existing walkway and front steps. I'm amazed at how nicely the new work fit in with existing concrete. Tom and his crew showed up on time, kept me informed about the process and progress during the two days they were preparing the site and pouring the concrete. Each crew member was polite and they all worked super hard. There was NO "leaning on the shovel" here. I recommend Tom's Concrete without reservation and look forward to my next "concrete" project.

It went very well. They are very busy this time of year, but Eddie was able to get my smaller job done in-between a couple of others. It required digging out approxiately 120 sq. ft of decomposed granite between a sidewalk and an area of grass. They were careful and conscientious. They fixed a sprinkler that had worked loose during the digging and made sure that the system was working properly when they were done. They did a great job. It took about 8-10 hrs over a 2 day period. All the employees were friendly and polite. The cleaned up after themselves and left the area looking a whole lot better than it did before they began!

    Spectrum One

They did a great job, all the work was performed in accordance to the current building regulations and codes. The work was performed on time. They took into account all of our wishes, used modern materials which we have selected for design purposes. Spectrum One used advanced technologies and equipment.

We are looking forward to developing a long term relationship with Spectrum One, Inc as they proved to be a reliable, highest quality Contractor we have ever had a chance to work with. Thank you Spectrum Ones Team!

    Excavation Excellence

If you ever happen to be in a bar and a guy bets you he can dig a round hole with a big square shovel, don't bet against him, because if it's Waldo, you'll lose the bet, because he'll be able to do it.

Put another way, in a small cramped area, Waldo was able to excavate the above described hole with the precision of a surgeon.  The hole that he dug was for a large underground water storage tank with the purpose of storing captured rain water (we're in a drought, 'doncha' know).

After talking with Waldo during the course of the day and on other occasions, it's evident that Waldo is more than a contractor.  He's a craftsman.

Have no doubt, he'll do exactly what you want done, and bust his butt to do it.

The project went very well. I entered into a contract with Eddie on October 1, 2015 with a project start date in mid-November 2015. In calling contractors back in August 2015, I found that there was high demand from people wanting to replace their lawns, and several contractors didn't bother to return calls; Eddie was one of the landscape contractors that did respond (very timely), and he quoted me a fair price. (He was also one of the contractors that did concrete work and could, therefore, do the entire project.) I first heard of Eddie's company after going on a "green garden" tour in Roseville in May 2015; he did my favorite front yard and the homeowners raved about him and his work spoke for itself, so I was pleased that I was able to work with him. He reviewed my design plan, asked good questions and shared some ideas about possible alternatives in a couple of areas, all very helpful. He gave me honest and helpful feedback on a couple of ideas I had, which were not necessarily my best ideas, but always made it clear that he would do what I wanted; in most, cases I realized that his advice was the best way to go. The project started and ended a few days late, but this was due to the weather [rain at last!]) The team did a great job and were respectful and polite. The concrete work was absolutely superb. I had a very specific plant list and did not want substitutions (I worked with a landscape designer who developed my plant list), and Eddie was accommodating and worked with me on getting some plants that were difficult to find at this time of the year. I am very pleased with the end results, my front yard looks beautiful, and I have heard more from my neighbors in the past month than the entire 15 years that I have lived here. I found Eddie to be very responsive from my first contact to the end of the project. I would recommend him to anybody wanting to have this kind of work done at their home. His team is great and so is their finished product.

Touyer came out punctually. Very intelligent and personable representative. He took elevation measurements to determine foundation level for possible subsidence due to drought. The hole in the foundation was a minor concern with respect to the condition of the rest of the foundation.
Followed up on the hole with a suggestion for a patch.

om showed                     me on his camera where the roots were. He explained to me what needed to be done. He also explained to my husband when he got home. They would have to dig up the cement and put a sleeve in the pipe. Since this was the second time we have had Aroot problem in our sewer lines we decided to put a pipe sleeve in the whole line. every thing was done to our satisfaction and in a timely  manner. Dom was very professional and   helpful.
