  • It was all very easy. A contractor from Shadetree came out and measured. We reviewed the on-line site and picked out the style and colors we wanted. The products were shipped and installed. They do a great job and are easy to work with.

  • These canopies are not inexpensive - but they are worth it. They are lovely and have lasted. This is also a great company to work with. We've had all of our canopies and shades for approximately10 years and have enjoyed them very much. They provide excellent shade that shelters the south side of our home during the hottest hours. The canopies are still in good condition after all this time and are still beautiful. We do remove them in the winter - and reinstall in early summer. I have had occasion to contact the company over some minor issues - and they were excellent at resolving everything to my satisfaction.

  • We decided to take on a 500+ sq foot addition and full remodel of our downstairs. With design and permit in hand, we began contacting contractors. What a headache! But once I got together with Mark C. from ADH, things ran unbelievably smoothly. Seriously, we just kept waiting for the ball to drop and it never did. In short, we did a full kitchen remodel, converted a laundry room to pantry, converted a bath to a laundry, renovated three other downstairs rooms, and the addition (living room, powder room, entry, and closet). We also redid the entire siding and updated all the windows. Mark thought there was a chance that we'd be done before Thanksgiving (I set my self up to be ecstatic if we were done by Christmas). The crew left us with our new full house for visitors at Thanksgiving sans interior trim work and a few other little touch ups. They came back over the holiday and knocked out the rest in a couple of days. I couldn't be more happy! Mark, the company owner, was our project manager and Mike G was his right hand man. They were great to work with. Very helpful, very concerned that things went well for us, and that we knew what was happening at all times. The real heroes were the team on the ground. Vlad and Peter were with us from the first day of the project to the last. They were the interior guys and really among the best people that I've ever worked with on any sort of project. Their attention to detail was amazing. This was a huge job and they rolled right on through it like the true professionals that they are. Vlad was great about communicating to me about their workflow and what I should expect to see coming next. Peter was painstakingly detailed about his trimwork and painting (he set a standard for masking our front door prior to painting that I'll certainly never live up to). They've been gone now for a few days and I'll admit I already miss my morning check-ins with them. Vlad and Peter weren't the only guys I want to thank. They had a few other guys that came in with them from time to time to help out on various parts of the interior work. The framing crew was amazing, they framed the addition in just a couple of days and took our paper plans and turned them into something really beautiful. The concrete team knocked out the foundation in just a couple of days (from excavation to pour) and then came back to add a very nice little porch toward the end. The drywall, texture, and HVAC teams were also spot on. What's amazing was how coordinated everything was. For this, I thank Mark and Mike. Admittedly, Mark did say that the timing of things was particularly good, but come on... 12 weeks from first demo to sign off? That's a QUALITY team... I recommend HIGHLY!

  • work was finally completed well taking 3 months for a job they estimated to take 3 weeks. Communication with owners was not good. After having trouble and at the end upon sending the follow up review to them I was never contacted to address any of my concerns. The workmanship was good in the end after the counter and the tile floor had to be ripped out after their first installation then redone

  • The sales part of the process was a bit of bait & switch. We ordered an upgraded column and didn't get it. We were told later that was an additional upgrade we had not selected. We paid another $700 to get the columns we wanted but felt the sales rep misrepresented what we were getting. The installation process was excellent. The works were on time, worked hard and seemed to do a great job. A leak appeared in the patio that winter. I called to request a repair ad was told "we are slammed right now and cant even schedule an appointment, give us your number and we will call you back when we can schedule an appointment." I never heard back from them and the winter passed. The next winter the leak returned, I called again and was told no on could look up my file as the computer was down, they took my number and said they would call me back. No one ever called me back. I called a few weeks later and was told my electronic file was deleted by mistake but they had the hard copy. But it was under some boxes and no one there was strong enough to move them. The would have someone move the boxes the next day, they took my number and said they would call me back. No one ever called me back. I called again a few weeks later and they finally had my file but couldn't schedule an appointment as everyone was booked. They would be able to schedule me the next week after their production meeting. They took my number and said they would call me back. No one ever called me back. (there is a theme at this point) I called again a week after the production meeting, I was told they couldn't book me until the next production meeting (again). I asked for the owner. The owner was there but they gave me a manager. I explained that I had been waiting MONTHS to get a leak repaired and that I wanted a repair scheduled. She couldn't schedule it before the production meeting and I demanded to talk to the owner. She said the owner would call me. I asked who the owner was and she hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked for the person I had talked too (I don't remember her name) but I was told she was not available. I asked the person on the phone who the owner was and it was the person who hung up on me!!!! I kept calling and finally got a repair scheduled. The worker was very nice but only corrected about 80% of the problem. I went through several more calls trying to get another repair appointment and the same "we cant schedule you now, we will call you back" and never hearing from them dance went on for a while. I was finally told that someone would come out but it would be an $80 service fee. When I complained about being charged a service fee to complete a previously incomplete repair I was told "why don't you just get up there with some caulking and do it yourself." I gave up dealing with them at that point. To summarize; questionable sales, great workers and the absolute worst follow up and customer service I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't hire this company to build a patio for my doghouse.

  • Tim, the owner, was very professional and punctual.  His employees were also the same and very skilled at their specific trade.  Even though we were very demanding and particular about every little detail, Tim listened and did his best to accommodate our requests and help us realize the vision of our backyard Zen oasis.  As an example of his professionalism, when our stamped concrete was poured, it was too cool to seal it since the sealant can't be applied for 30 days to allow the concrete to cure properly.  After the weather finally warmed up I didn't need to contact Tim for him to come back to seal the concrete.  He contacted me first to schedule the sealing.  I don't think very many contractors would be that proactive, especially after we had already paid the final invoice.  We would definitely use Tim again and have recommended him to our friends.

  • I was extremely pleased with the work.  The company rep was professional and very responsive to questions.  Work was started and completed in a timely manner.  They were willing to add some related projects that other contractors wouldn't like installing an awning and removing an old attic fan.  Their price was competitive with others.

  • America's Dream HomeWorks made this project quick and easy. We chose to use their services because they were so professional and friendly, and their quote was much lower than others we received.

I'm happy with the choice we made. Everyone we worked with was extremely personable and answered our questions. While we had a lot of work done, they completed the entire project in just one week. It was much quicker and easier than we anticipated.

  • Tony came over and talked to us about the deck. Jarrett came over and did the final measuring.
Then Mike and Ron came over and did the work.
Mike explained every step in great detail and was very helpful.
They even moved the furniture off the deck so we could power wash it when they were done.
Everyone was very helpful and nice.
The pergola is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the results.

  • Warren was prompt and professional. Gave me a very good price and it turned out even better than I imagined. His work crew was great and they even replaced my backyard patio fan free of charge. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!
