    I've been going to Shannon Family Automotive for a couple years now. Started with just 1 car but now we take all 3 here. I've always been happy with the service. The staff is friendly, prompt and professional. I've had a couple times where they've told me I could wait on specific service until later even though they could have told me I needed it now and I wouldn't have known any better...always a good sign.

    Gul's definitely helped me out in a pinch. I'm from Phoenix AZ, travelling through Lodi on a RV vacation. Had a car I towed along & the AC compressor went out. I showed up on a Tuesday morning at 9am, they said they could get it done that day & completed the work by 3pm. Even gave me a $10 discount on the bill. Gave me a ride that morning to try to get a rental car (none were available), so dropped me off in downtown Lodi with my handicap scooter to spend the day tasting wine & checking it out until my car was finished. Nice guys. Honest & I thought it was a fair price. Give them a try. Thanks.

    Had a wonderful experience took my Lexus in for a oil change and they preformed a full safety inspection of my vehicle and noticed my car was leaking oil and my oil levels were dangerously low. They saved my car from possible engine/transmission damage. Roman the service manager showed me pictures of cracked part, explained the process and got me the best possible price. If you are in Roseville I highly recommend.

    Never recieved a call back or anything from you guys after dozens Here is the original Yelp review, feel free to see it on yelp plus updates: Elk grove ford is a lovely place to buy a car but thats as far as the good extends. Im not one to write reviews but i dont know what else to do at this point. I have filed complaints with local agencys as well as corporate and havent had as much as a contact email from anyone. I purchased my car in 2017 and have had many many issues most of which have stemmed from neglegence in the service dept. My car has had 3 engines and 3 transmissions since purchase 31000 miles ago and most of the issues have been caused by the service dept. The first engine took well over a month to install when i was told 2 weeks and i never recieved updates untill it was finished even though i had called multiple times a week. I only got transfered to voicemail but never recieved a call back. I drove the car off the lot upon picking it up after the engine only to make it 3 miles and have a line blow off and tow the car back. 3 days later it was ready again. Then comes the first transmission. It goes out and im quoted a week to fix it. It takes weeks with no call as to the status untill i had begun calling 2 times per day. Upon driving off the lot i noticed a loud noise and immediately called back to see if they could look at the issue and was instructed by the service writer that the trans just needed to be broken in and it should smooth out. After a couple weeks it was shifting poorly and the car was nearly undriveable so i called to make an appointment to have it looked at. Upon having the car looked at the service writer informs me that there is no fluid in the transmission and it would need to be replaced again. I asked for a loaner and was denied so i rented a car for the repair time which took over a week. Once again no updates untill i started calling 2 times a day to find out. Fast foward to picking up the car and i make it 10 miles up the freeway untill the crash plate which was not attached securely flys off and causes a car wreck. I assume that the dealer covered all the damages because it never hit my insurance. It took over a month and a half for them to order my crash plate only for them to offer me one off a similar car because they only ordered one of the 3 that came off. 2 weeks later they put on another. Fast foward to the next engine which was within the last couple months and more of the same. I was underquoted on the repair time and started calling 2 times a day only to finally reach someone weeks later and find out that my car had been done for a week but the service writer was sick and forgot to let me know. Theres another unnecessary rental bill lucky me. I pick up the car and sure enough a couple weeks later the brakes go out and and there is fluid under the hood melting my paint. I take it back to elk grove ford on a tow truck and the do a "full inspection on the brakes" free of charge and tell me there are no leaks thus exempting them from having to pay the damages for the fluid that leaked after they worked on it last. So now here i am with another repair bill to fix damages and be without my only car because of **** poor service from the worst service department i have ever encountered in my entire life. Side note, the auto populated reponse on yelp offering to assit is fake. Ive called over and over for a year and still havent had anyone reach out

    I was in Chicago this Summer and had a water pump failure. The folks I was visiting said Eliot's was the place to go. It was late on a Friday when my car was towed in and they stayed, got it done right and I was on my way early the next morning to the Wisconsin Dells to meet up with family. Their price was fair and I had my mechanic check it when I returned home and he gave the work an A+! They took great care of me, they understood my issue and treated me like a professional. Trust this shop!

    The work was done well and on time. The brake work was much cheaper than the dealer would have charged. The Compliance Bushing replacement was also less expensive than if done by the dealer. I will use Warren for future work

    I originally went to David to do a used car inspection for me. He was kind, thorough and gave me enough info to determine that the car I had brought to him was not a good deal. He told me that he would look at another for me without charge, and that car was also not in very good shape. It was so bad it broke down on the way back to the used car dealer and David sent his guys over to rescue me! I am a disabled woman and was trapped in the meridian of Fulton with a used car whose sliding door would not open so I was not able to get my wheelchair out and I was trapped, with windows closed on a 100 degree Day. So, I can honestly say David saved my life. So, A & A Auto Repair is the place for me, hands down.

    I went to Dan's after hearing from a family member that he is "good and trustworthy". I read several reviews and called to ask if they work on VW Beetles (as they are notoriously a pain to work on). I spoke with Jasmine who patiently answered all my questions and booked an appointment for me the following day. I met Dan, the owner, the day I went in and he went in depth what he planned to check out on the car. He called a few hours later and went over a list of things (through the diagnostic I asked him to do) and told me what needed immediate attention and what could wait. He fixed a long time problem with the headlight that the VW dealership wanted an extraordinary amount of money for and charged me VERY little (WITH a warranty). (Side note: do NOT go to the VW dealership in E.G. if you can avoid it!) When we got there about 5 to pick it up, he followed us back out because he "saw some dirt" on it that he wanted to clean up -we brought it in that way, but he didn't want to return it like that:) So he used wipes to clean the car until it was shiny and clean of the small smudges we had put there. Great customer service and seemingly sound, fair, reasonable advice to keep our car running well. I will absolutely return. I definitely recommend Dan's Auto Repair.

    I’ve had my a/c repaired, new tires and alignment done by Lightfoot Automotive and they are the greatest. Their shop is exceptionally clean, the mechanics are the best, and their prices are the best around. They do not try to sell any products/services that you don’t need. They do a complete check on your entire vehicle. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.
