"8722 They charged me $50.00 to tell me that I could not get a satellite signal from a ground location. Originally I had the dish mounted on the roof. This was causing" damage to the roof decking. I was replacing the roof and wanted the dish ground mounted. I ended up going with Time Warners' internet,tv and phone for a lower price than I was getting with Dish (yeah I know sounds weird doesn't it). When I tried to complain about the charge, Dish transfers you to a CSR in India who is totally clueless. This just ensures that I will never use Dish again due to the poor customer service and poor value for the money. Could I experience problems with my Time
service? Sure, but for now I am more satisfied with what I am getting than what I had with Dish. I was a customer with Dish for 15 years and they still had no problem sticking me with these charges.

did a very good job for me. Arrived the very next day after I called and determined if I would have any problem with reception. (I didn't.)" He gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to get to my somewhat small job pretty quickly. He stuck around to help me setup a brand new Tivo unit and waited until it was all booted up and working. The DirecTv sales rep explained to me that I could get my internet service for $159 a month, now this is for the highest speed you can get which still isn't the best for remote area's, and they were running a special for that speed at $99 a month plus we could get $10 off of our DirectTv bill. And I asked for how long and she said a year and I said that sounds great let's get me set up please. So we actually set up the date and everything. Now my son works for DirecTV and I told him I had it scheduled and when I told him how much he was saying are you sure and I said yeah thats what the Rep said. Now my son tends to be one of these that acts like he knows everything, well in the long run he was correct on this. He suggested that I call and ask I thought he meant DIRECTV so I called DirecTV back and this second sales rep said the same thing. So then I called my son back and said that I called and DirecTV said the same thing again. Now my son is a installer, he is one of the people that they call when there are problems so he is very good at what he does. He said to me "Mama, sales reps will tell you whatever to get you to sign up. You need to call the satellite company and ask them." So I did. And

and behold they said the sales rep was incorrect that it was a $159 a month but that I could get it for $99 a month for 3 months. So I said fine I'll set it up with you then and call and cancel with DIRECTV. So Exeed got me all set up, unfortunately it was for a much later date but I figured I'll have to deal with it. I did call DirecTV back and I told her go ahead and cancel and she did. She did their little end of the talk speil and asked was I satisfied and I told her no, and I explained why and the lady said no

, that deal is with us its not with exceed this is our deal. So I said I'll call Exeed back and I'll get back with them. I felt I needed to get to the bottom of this. I asked for customer service. When I got the young lady and explained to her what was going on she said she was pretty sure that no, that was incorrect there was no $99 deal for a year. That first of all I would be billed by Exeed not DIRECTV and then it was for only 3 months not a year. And she said let's make sure on this, I would much rather make sure you do get the best deal so I will stay on the line will call DirecTV and we'll do a three way call and find out what is going on and she did. She explained to DIRECTV that I was on the other line and we needed to find out if they did have this deal for $99 for a year. The DirecTV rep said no

,it seems this is a big miss understanding, can y'all give her a better deal on her monthly bill if she signs up through DirectTv. After she tried to get me to sign another 2 year contract and I declined she final said she could give my 20 off our monthly bill, so I excepted this and the Exeed rep said she was cancelling the order with them while we waited. But she would stay on the line so we could finish up. When it was just the Exeed rep and myself again, she said that my son is right, some sales reps will say anything to get the sell. But that she wanted to just make sure, wow! I thanked her so much for her help, and she said she just wanted to make sure I got the best deal. Exeed gets the gold star and DirecTv a F for dishonest sales reps. If this was my house and not my daughters I would go with Dishnetwork who I had, had for 10 years before my house sold before I was ready for another house. I of course will be going with Dish when my house is finished being built. If it sounds to good to be true check several times.

Other tan than the fact a that they are too d*mn expensive, they are fine. I have not contacted them direct because I do everything through the paperwork. I have the NFL package. They contacted me to arrange service. I have never had a problem. I had one guy who was not that great. He was a contracted guy they sent out and he did not do such a great job.

Service has been okay, their price with everything combine I would guess it’s pretty fair, the quality is very good, it takes them a while to get to your home, their punctuality is they give you a 4-hour window, then they’ll show up within that 4-hour window. Their professionalism is very good.

We have three TV's set up. We have one DVR and two regular boxes. I don't like the number of channels we get and we can't get the channels that we want because it is part of a different more expensive package.
The guy was very nice, very good, very polite. That's not the company, that's the guy.
I will continue using them because we don't have that many choices out here.

They came last sat to connect my service. When they came out they told me there was something wrong with the pole. They told me to call and someone would come out on monday. When I called on monday, they told me they would not come out for 2 weeks. I told them that was unacceptable, I spoke with a supervisor and was told that someone would call me back in an hour. After 3 hours I called back and they told me they had scheduled me for this Friday, that was unacceptable. I spoke with another supervisor, and was told I would be called back in a couple hours, I have not been called back 24 hours later.

My husband can get channels that don't have any commercials and they have HD. It's a satellite service rather than a cable service. My experience hasn't been long enough. We have to stick with them for 2 years, you have to sign a contract. That's the only negative thing I don't like.

He answered my original email promptly and arranged a time to meet soon thereafter. He was very professional, courteous and pleasant to work with in every encounter, whether email or phone. He had great follow-through -- when he said he would look into something, he did. The work he did looked nice -- little details like matching the cable to the color of the wall behind it -- and he cleaned up everything afterwards like he'd never been there. He moved a cabinet with obvious care and attention, and moved it back to its original spot. We work at home, so he was careful to tell us when our Internet service might need to go down, for how long, and then restored it quickly. He showed us how to use our new machines, the overall (Comcast) remote as well as how/when to use the other remotes (everyday watching uses just the one Comcast remote; playing music or watching a dvd uses others ). Everything works so well now and the tv and sound are quite amazing. Kirill is one of the best service people we've dealt with and we are very glad to have found him on Angie's List.

said he could be at my home at 5:00PM to check the work done. He arrived on time and quickly recommended to put an antenna on the roof, come down with the coaxial cable behind a gutter to make it invisible and transition horizontally to my splitter box on that same wall.
He recommended using an amplifier to maintain a good signal quality in each 4 rooms. Price was $360 for all this.
Work took about 2 hours and I now have all the channels in nearby
