My fiancée and I have bought 10 houses and sold 8 between us, and Provider name locked. is by far the best realtor either of us has ever dealt with — warm, friendly, organized and knowledgeable. She arrived at our first meeting with a bound printout of comparable properties supporting three price scenarios: selling as-is, selling with minor touch-ups, and a full renovation. We choose the full renovation (which paid off in spades) and Provider name locked. helped us choose both a renovation contractor and a renovation plan. She outlined an impressive marketing campaign, to start when the renovation finished, including an entire web site just for the house.
While the house was in renovation, I stayed with my fiancée some hours away from Provider name locked. , so was unable to keep a close eye on the contractor. Provider name locked. went above and beyond to ensure that the renovation proceeded in a timely fashion and with excellent workmanship. She responded to text and phone calls very promptly, answered every question with gracious expertise, and guided us through the process with warmth and humor.
We didn’t get to see the marketing campaign Provider name locked. had in mind, because the house was under contract before the renovation was complete! And for significantly more than what we had thought would be top dollar.
In summary, Provider name locked. ’s enthusiasm, persistence and professionalism sets her apart from all the others. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Simply put, Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. are the WORST property management company I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They are extremely disorganized and almost comically incompetent. In one example, they said they didn't receive my rent check and charged me a late fee. I just assumed that it got lost in the mail, so I sent another rent check with a late fee. A couple weeks later, I see that both the original rent check and the second replacement check cleared my account. It turns out they 'found' my originally lost check, and deposited both of them. It literally took forty minutes of explaining to three different people what happened before somebody finally understood. When I tried to get them to refund my late fee, they refused!
Extremely shady 'landlords'. Avoid like the plague.

I had my home listed with another agent for 9 months and it was still not sold. I listed my home with Provider name locked. and it sold the same week. Provider name locked. is the perfect agent to sell your home. I wish I had more to write, but I didn't get to know him that well considering how quickly he sold the home. I fully recommend this agent.
