    I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, punctuality and information I got received during this appt. Plantar fasciitis is a common foot problem but staff and Dr. Weiss recognized the pain and had some good possibilities for easing it. He also answered many questions about shoes, activities that would be helpful/harmful. I went away feeling I was heard and had a plan.

They have both male and female physicians to ensure their patients are comfortable and the care provided is exceptional. If you're going to have this procedure done, this is the place to be!

    It was like having the old style of Doctor back, when he actually called me on the phone himself numerous times to discuss my case. He held my hand when I needed it. He never gave up on my care. He tried numerous antibodics but never gave up on finding the right one to cure my infection, which he. I would definitely recommend Dr. Roberto's office.

    He has a terrible bedside manner. He's very rude and abrupt with his patients who ask a general question and then berate you for not giving him a specific answer when he does not ask a specific question. He is very aggressive and he's not pleasant to deal with especially when you're coming as someone who needs to be cared for and you're injured, you know. It is a delicate place and he's just not great.

    The service and staff is excellent. The waiting room is clean. The only possible negative is the wait time. It has a tendency to be a little long. You know that there's good quality going on over there, but they are busy. The doctors take their time to speak with you.

    The physical went well. No issues there.  We discussed several pre-exiting conditions (this was my 3rd yearly physicals with this doctor) just to update my records.  Then the surprise came.  They billed me for a wellness visit and an office visit. They do make you sign a form that does state that if they go beyond what they consider to be a wellness exam then you might get billed for an additional visit.  Well, I was not examined for anything beyond the scope of a wellness exam, no new scripts were made, no new diagnoses made, etc. I could think of nothing that went beyond the scope as vaguely defined in the form.

    I called and inquired about it.  I asked ?please tell me what was said or done that went beyond the scope of a wellness visit so I know what to do and say for the next time?.  Just more vagueness as they are going by the doctor?s notes.

    If they are going to double bill then they need to be more specific about what needs to happen to incur additional charges.  It?s quite subjective.  Happened to someone else that I know who goes to this practice (different doctor), I understand that some people might have taken advantage so I understand their perspective but we, as patients, need specifics.

    The only thing that I was able to get from my conversation with billing was that you need to shut your mouth and just let the doctor do the examination or ask right up front to tell you if do or say something that will cause extra charges.

    After my husband was given a very thorough, detailed hearing test it was very quickly determined he has a high frequency hearing loss. We found Eric Elbert extremely professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our personal and financial capabilities [on a fairly fixed income since we are retired]. He patiently showed us several options for consideration and did not rush us into making any decision at that time.
    With their discounts and through CareCredit [Synchrony Bank] we were able to afford both hearing aids.
    Upon receiving the hearing aids the following week he patiently walked through the initial set up to meet my husbands specific needs. A second visit was scheduled and the appointment went very, very well.  Eric was friendly, thoughtful and very attentive. He asked many questions related to getting used to having hearing aids along with any concerns. The additional follow up appointment which are included during the adjustment period will be used to make any final adjustments.
    After 48 years of marriage we have definitely noticed an improvement in the communication in our daily life.
