    We had a wonderful experience with Dynamark. The owner came to our home to tell us about the services they offer and made suggestions for what he thought we needed. Installation was scheduled quickly. A couple pieces of equipment were forgotten when installation was done. Frank called to apologize and a return visit was promptly scheduled.

    Installation was a little challenging with some sensors not adhering to the molding around my doors, extra steps needed to get cameras working. I have to say that the customer service was outstanding. When I submitted a survey they initiated saying I was frustrated by a few things, I got a phone call from a higher level individual who promised (and delivered) a call from a more skilled technician. They walked me through all the steps, made sure I was satisfied, discussed my options and preferences, and I ended up with a very good system that met my needs. I am very impressed with the support that has been there every step of the way. So it wasn't a breeze, but when problems arose, they were there and extremely attentive.

    They told me Angie's list has to reverse the debit from my account. I've tried disputing through my pay pal account- still no help. At this point I WILL NEVER USE ANGIES LIST AGAIN OR ANY OF THEIR MERCHANTS. I WISH I COULD GET MY $9.99 BACK. This was my first purchase through Angie's list and I'm not impressed at all. I hope someone with some authority sees this review and expedites my credit. DON'T USE ANGIE'S LIST - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR INITIAL PURCHASE AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AFTER THE TRANSACTION IS PROCESSED.

    Turns out I had failed to notify the company when I dropped my land telephone line and went only to cell phone usage.  Wesley checked and explained everything thoroughly and replaced the batteries in my shed sensor. Every time I have dealt with Frank Pegram and his team they have been knowledgeable, patient and thorough and determined to provide the best customer service and product.  I have never felt pressured to invest in security measures outside my budget.  Plus, I realized that last month's missed billing to my checking account was due to a free month as the result my past referral of a neighbor!

    Corban Communications LLC
    Corban Communications LLC installed a four camera home security system on the perimeter of my 2-story colonial home in Chesterfield. The NVR that all of the cameras connect into was installed in the small TV stand that is in the master bedroom and connected to my LCD TV for monitoring. The system even offers a mobile app for remote access.
    Corban Communications LLC also installed a home theater system in my den consisting of a projector, pull down screen, receiver and a 7 to 1 speaker system. 
    All workmanship was very impressive. No exposed wires or dangling cables. If the wires could be hidden they were and if not they were encased in conduit that was installed as needed.
    I would absolutely recommend Corban Communications LLC to anyone looking to have any of these services performed at their place of residence. Coury was very responsive and attentive to vision for this project. An open line of communication made this process so much easier and comfortable for me especially considering the amount of money expended to see it completed.

    I have been paying the $50 a month for over seven years. I called them numerous times requesting an upgrade to my security system since it was getting rather old. They never came out to upgrade it so the system finally broke. When they eventually out to fix my system, they told me that it was too old and I would have to buy a new system. I told them to leave and I canceled my service in November. They started calling me on a daily basic telling me that I was still being monitored by them and that my account was still active even though I canceled the service. I don’t even have their equipment in my house anymore and I’ve gone through every hoop they require to cancel but they are still sending me bills and calling me every day. I have had to block their number with my phone company because they keep harassing me.

    Wonderful, as usual.  This is the 3rd system I've purchased from Frontpoint and the service is excelent.  No high pressure sales like ADT and no problems with setup. 
    When I did have a piece of equipment malfunction, they sent a new one, right away.
    I am a happy customer and will continue to convert my systems to Frontpoint

    It came quick, had great instructions and was super easy to install. I contacted them about a problem with one door where the sensor wouldn't fit. They asked me to send pictures and then sent me a differs sensor that fit along with a self addresses post page envelope to return the old one. Very satisfied with their service.
