    Capitol Benefits LLC
I've used these guys for home insurance and business insurance since finding them on angieslist last year. I saved $400 on home owners insurance and $400 on business vs. local competitor. On top of that my local business insurance provider was charging me $400 for the same insurance company that Capitol Benefits put me with. I'm really happy with their service and adding my other business and house.

    Suburban Hospital
The day we went there was a blizzard alert but everyone was at work and pleasant, the only closure we noted was the coffee shop. The surgery went well and the staff was very good with my elderly mother. The nursing staff and the doctors listened to what she had to tell them and were responsive to her special needs. The orthopedic center was very good, we have not always been pleased with other areas of the hospital but highly recommend this special area.

They are a little expensive, but it's a good concept. They have one time, no wait appointment. They have an on site laboratory. You have 24/7 access to doctors, including a cell phone. If it's 2am, you can call them directly, and they will answer. You have a doctor assigned to you, but if that doctor is unavailable, you have access to another. I have not used the service because I can't afford it. From what I've seen and heard of, it's an excellent service.

Their professionalism stands out most to me. They provide a quality of service that can't be experienced anywhere.

    Henrico Doctors Hospital
I could not have asked for this experience to have gone any better. Henrico also provided great postpartum care. They were very helpful with all aspects of my delivery and I am very appreciative of all the concern they displayed during my stay.

    Henrico Doctors Hospital
I was admitted to Henrico Doctors Hospital for a cardiac catheter. Unable to insert stents, due to the severity of the arterial blockages, a balloon pump was installed and I was sent to the cardiac ICU. This occurred on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. On Saturday, the surgeon on call agreed to call in a team to perform bypass surgery. From beginning to end, the staff both in ICU and on the step down unit was attentive, professional and accommodating. The heart center is in a new wing that is wonderful. From the family waiting rooms to the cafeteria to the patient rooms, everything is clean and comfortable - a great comfort to those in stressful circumstances. The doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, staff walking in the hallways and even the cleaning people couldn't have been better! Three weeks afterward, I am recovering and still can't say enough good things about this hospital!

    Family Health Clinic
My husband was very satisfied with his visit this morning to the "Family Health Clinic" (also known as "Quick Care") . My husband had been having a sharp pain in the left side of his chest for two days that was getting continually worse.  I remembered that my family physician ("Commonweath Primary Care") had told me last year about this practice that was also open on the weekends. We walked into the office and my husband completed his paperwork.  There was perhaps a 20 minute wait to see a physician.  All the staff were very professional and friendly and the office was very clean and modern.  There were separate consultation rooms (not just a curtained off area). The physician who was there seemed knowledgeable, thorough, and didn't rush through the visit.  He ordered a chest x-ray and it was great that they were able to do it "in house" -- in a separate part of the building. The physician looked at the x-ray himself, and told my husband that he would also be called with the results once the x-rays were read by a technician.  The physician did a diagnosis and prescribed prescription-strength ibuprofen. While there, we learned that both the physician and the person working in the area where the x-ray was done are both employees of "Commonwealth Primary Care".  This was good to know, since this is our family practice.  Also, my husband's medical record for the visit will be sent to his primary physician. The whole experience was much better than I have personally experienced at another "urgent care" facility.  The "Family Health Clinic" (also on Angie's List as "Quick Care") was very much like a regular doctor's office.  I would not hesitate to use them again if we were not able to see our primary physician. By the way, the office is located in western Henrico County, at 9930 Independence Park Drive (side entrance to building), which is off Mayland Court, located near the Cracker Barrel off of Gaskins Road.  There is easy access to the facility and plenty of parking.

It went fine, I used the drive through. The prescription was filled when promised. The only thing is, that I wish liquid antibiotics were given in a bottle that can be used beyond the first few doses. The syringe they provide will not fit into the bottle, so when the level of liquid falls below the length of the syringe, it can't be used. I ended up pouring the medicine into a coffee cup for the last several days. Another national pharmacy includes a plastic covering on their antibiotics bottles, that the syringe fits into, so you can insert the syringe and turn the bottle upside down to fill it. If you did that with this bottle, you'd spill all the medicine.

    Aetna Inc
One specific example regarding my personal dealing with Aenta occured recently when my husabnd went to the dermatologist for a skin cancer screening.  A representative from Aetna had told me that the screenings were free over the phone during an unrelated call previously in the year.  My husband went and they ended up taken off a small mole to have it tested.  The doctor's office ended up billing me for the office visit and the surgical removal.  I called the doctors office and told them the office visit should be free and they told me that's is not how they bill.  I called Aetna and explained the situation to the representative.  She understood and contacted the doctors office to get the issue resolved.  Instead of getting the run-around like most places do, this woman took the situation out of my hands and taking care of it (how it should be).  Even though it is taking some time to resolve, she does check in with me weekly to let me know the status (another thing most companies don't so).

    Henrico Doctors Hospital
Henrico is a wonderful hospital to go to because of the service that they provide. The doctors are there to help. Although, the doctor that I saw regularly was not there during the delivery, the other doctor who was on duty was really helpful and took very good care of me.
