Everything went smoothly and they did a good job. However, it took under 10 minutes to do and the cost was $95. Seems high but there are not many alternatives. The phone line is for my business and I cannot afford for it to be done incorrectly.

Terrible service and product. We started with 2 "MDA smart phones" which company acknowledge "wasn't working well". We spent several batteries trying to resolve this with level 3 tech support. Company would not replace them with another model that worked well and "phone insurance" charged $300. Now the new "DASH" phones do not work and company refuses to replace or terminate contract voluntarily. Multiple attempts through tech services, phone insurance, and customer services without result. The supervisor I spoke to never even called back in "5 minutes". Worst phone mistake we had ever made.- KAREN G.
Sprint service is adequate in the Provider name locked. area. I get service in my office building. They provide service maps of the area online, so you can see if your neighborhood will get service. I got service on the runway of Provider name locked. International, which was key. Also, I've gotten great service in other areas of the country with no problem. The only thing I don't like is that they charge you for incoming text messages, and you can't control people sending them to you. Much of their customer service is automated, so you will have to go through a couple of steps to talk to a live person if you have a problem.- LOUIS J.
