  • Provider name locked. was very responsive and helpful.  He worked to find a good price on the headlight I needed and called when he said he would.  Had some trouble with the headlight not being installed when planned, but that was a warehouse issue, not Provider name locked. (the part didn't come as planned because of a storm in NJ…).  The estimate and price matched and was pretty reasonable!    Thanks, Provider name locked. !

  • Visited Provider name locked. Auto Body for the first time on 12/15/14.  USAA set me up with them to receive an estimate for the repair of front end damage to my 2013 F150 caused by a collision on 12/11/14.  Provider name locked. met with me and did the estimate.  He was very professional and informative explaining the work which was needed for repair.  He also told that with the holidays coming up, it would be the first of January before they could get to it.  He further explained that they were very busy, but because most of my repair was Provider name locked. bolt-on replacement of parts, he could easily get it in the shop working it in between vehicles requiring more major repair.  I was very pleased to hear that my vehicle could be repaired in a timely manner.
    On Friday, January 02nd, I contacted Provider name locked. to schedule my repair.  He was unable to offer a date then, but said he would speak to Provider name locked. and call me back, which he did.  He said they would be able to get me in on February 02.  After I realized that was a month away, I was shocked.  I asked Provider name locked. what happened to being able to work me in after the first, and in between other work they were doing.  He said that was the best he could do.  It was almost as if Provider name locked. had no recollection of the time table he offered during the estimate.   Not being willing to commit to a appointment which was a month away, I told him I would call back if I was interested in the date he offered.  He suggested that he would speak with Provider name locked. to see if there was an flexibility.
    Not being satisfied with it taking seven weeks to get my vehicle in the shop for a two day repair, I emailed Provider name locked. on January 05th explaining the situation and seeking his help.  Day after day, I awaited to hear from him, never receiving a response.  On 09th, I resent my email to him, set up for a "READ" receipt to notify and confirm to me when the email had been read.  It was read at 7:46 am on January 12, 2015.  I waited until the end of that day to hear from someone with Provider name locked. , and have since contacted USAA to change the shop who would repair my vehicle.
    The aggravation I experienced, first being misled on the scheduling, then totally ignored when reaching out to the business owner for help, prompted me to carry my business elsewhere.  Regardless of how good their work is, my money will not go to someone who conducts business in such a inappropriate and unprofessional manner.
