"The price was very high. The waiting room was unpleasant. The doctor spent minimal time with me. The assistant put a splint on me and it was not supervise. They" gave me a price estimate over the phone and it was way off from what they actually charged me. However, they did have modern and up to date equipment.

"They stated their prices up front. They were also reasonable. They were thorough and direct. The doctor spent a long time explaining to me what was going on.

Once I got there everything went perfectly. The staff was wonderful, the whole process was very smooth. There is one negative which is why I gave a grade of B instead of an A. I had made my appointment several months in advance. The night before my appointment, the anesthesiologist called to go over a few things. He mentioned that he would see me shortly after I arrived at 9:30am. I was a bit surprised as my appointment was for 6:30am. He double checked and indicated that my appointment had been changed. No one called to notify me of this change. If the anesthesiologist hadn't made an off-handed reference to the time, I would have arrived three hours early. This also caused a bit of a problem with my ride etc. ||But as I said, once I got there, everything went perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure that I was informed with regards to what was happening, making sure I was comfortable etc. I would certainly go there again (but I will call a few days in advance to confirm my appointment).

The office and medical staff was courteous and friendly, however I was diagnosed with a slighly dislocated shoulder and told to go to go to a hosiptial ER as it would have to be reset. I was asked if I wanted a sling, but wasn't told that their would or might be an additional charge ($25). I accept responsibility for that I should have asked or declined it.
At the ER iwas told my shoulder wasn't dislocated, but I had torn ligaments and that I should see an orthopedic physican, which I did who confirmed the hopsital diagnosis. I wasted 4 hours in an ER because of the incorrect diagnosis by

. The hospital provided me with a another sling to immobilize my shoulder.
Once I discovered the mis-diagnosis and that the additional charged for the sling, which I never used,,I called the

facility the following day to inform them and asked if I could at least return the sling and avoid the $25 charge and was told they would look into it and get back to me. As expected and typical of bad service providers who choose to sweep their mistakes under the rug as opposed to addressing them, they never called me back.

They do very good and are very convenient. I really like that you can walk in anytime without an appointment for any services. They offer X-rays, blood work, and prescriptions all in one place.

is awesome. My daughters eye had been bothering her and we wanted to get in and out quickly to see the Seahawks game. Less than half an hour from sign in to pulling out of our parking spot. Doctor on call was cool. Nurse assistant pleasant.

Moved from reception through examination in a smooth timely fashion including x-rays. Entire visit took less than an hour. Turned out to be bruising no fracture. Received a prescription for pain.

Everything went well, and I was extremely impressed in all respects. We were in and out within a couple of hours, we received excellent treatment, and the staff was very friendly and considerate. In fact, they provided me with a warmed blanket when I made mention of feeling a bit cold, and I wasn't even the patient.

It was two in morning and I had called their emergency line to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I spoke with someone and they heard my symptoms, they recommended for me to come in right away and I did. They treated me and I was better within a week. The only mix-up was with my co-pay. I had wanted to wait until after I had to be seen to pay for it, but no one was available in the reception area on my way out. Overall, the staff was very personable and receptive. They took great care of me and even made me laugh in the middle of the night.

Called ahead to see if they were open and available on a Saturday around noon. Told me that they didn't take appointments and just to come in. Wasn't overly crowded with patients. Took about 10 minutes to fill out new patient paperwork. Saw doctor after about 15 minutes total wait time. Discussed symptoms with an easy to talk to physician. Received prescription which they had already called into pharmacy down the street. Very efficient operation - friendly staff - comfortable waiting area - nice environment uptown - across the street from a great French bakery - hard to beat.
