" is my mechanic of choice in the Triangle since I moved here in 2009. They do good work at fair prices, and the total cost is frequently less" than their estimate. S. and are helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they don't try to sell me extra services -- their focus is clearly on long-term customer satisfaction, not making a quick buck. The waiting area is fairly spartan, but they have free WiFi and a clean bathroom. My only possible improvement? I wish they were open on Saturdays, too, but their 7am-6pm hours (appointments required) work fine if you're local. I recommend them to everyone.

"This is the first time that I have done business with . The clutch-related hydraulics on my F150 were failing. Since you have to drop the" transmission to get to them, had him also replace the clutch at the same time (had 140k miles on the original). My previous mechanic had an impressive looking shop, and from what I can tell, a pretty decent reputation, but I became dissatisfied because they seemed to just use a shotgun approach to fixing problems. Was looking for someone who was honest, very competent with both repair and diagnostics, and someone that would use an approach similar to what I would use if I was fixing it myself. This has only been one visit, but I feel much better here. From all indications, did an excellent job. He also exceeded my expectations from a customer service standpoint. I won't hesitate to use him again for transmission as well as a variety of other work. One thing to note, his shop is not very fancy, you may want to check with him about the waiting facilities (if you plan to wait there during the repair).

  • They scheduled my vehicle very quickly for the stated services that were due and were able to find and fix the one front tire which had a slow leak. I had taken the vehicle to several other places to have the tire leak fixed including the place where I purchased the tires and no one else was able to find the location of the leak. Provider name locked. has the patience and takes the time to do the job right the first time.
