  • Provider name locked. built my home in Chapel Hill and did an amazing job.  The house won the Gold Provider name locked. in the Parade of homes in 2005.  We decided to move to Provider name locked. and found a 20 year old home with more than it's share of very odd issues.  First person I called was Provider name locked. .  He got an architect involved and helped us turn this new home into an amazing property.  He has an amazing  talent for seeing the potential and getting things done.  The work is stunning and the prices are very fair.  People doing before and after walk throughs are blown away. He is honest, easy to work with, and very customer focused.  I have built about 6 homes, and have not seen anyone as good as Provider name locked. at building from the ground up.  Now, I see first hand that he can remodel and renovate equally well.  he works from Chapel Hill through Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. .  he as good as it gets.

  • _________________________________________________________________ At the completion of our project, Mr. Raneri told both me and my husband that if we had any issues on work performed on our project to give him a call, as he provides a 1 year warranty on his work. Now, Provider name locked. Raneri is defaulting on his express promise and moral/ethical obligation as a licensed NC General Contractor and as a PMP PROFESSIONAL. In December 2010, we noticed a couple of boards in our rec room that were beginning to peel up. Since Mr. Raneri said to call him with any issues, we tried. My husband or I called Provider name locked. several times (12/15, 12/17, 12/20), leaving voicemails that we had an issue and for him to call us. To help ensure that he would get our message, I also sent him an email on 12/17 to both of his email addresses (Provider name locked. and However, Mr. Raneri never responded to my email or any of our calls, and we had to go directly to the flooring contractor, which Provider name locked. hired. At the end of December, his flooring contractor told us those boards would need to be replaced. The flooring crew came to our home on Provider name locked. 12 and replaced the bad boards. As of this writing, Mr. Raneri has NEVER contacted us regarding our voicemails or email. Would you hire someone you have heard has been dishonest/deceitful to a client, lacks character and integrity, and, in essence, takes your money and runs? _________________________________________________________________ There are before and after pictures of our renovation on Provider name locked. ’s website. The clincher on this is that Provider name locked. Raneri took these pictures without first asking permission to take pictures, nor did he get verbal or written permission to use them to Provider name locked. his work. By his doing this without my permission, he has egregiously invaded my privacy (tort of instrusion). Mr. Raneri is not only holding out the pictures of my home to evidence his alleged quality of work – particularly the shoddy painting – but he is also making money off of his website by obtaining new customers at my expense and on something that is my “property,” which he obtained without my express or implied permission. Since he is benefiting from something that is my “property” without getting my permission, I demand that Mr. Raneri reasonably compensate me for the use of my property since the 3rd week of Provider name locked. . If Mr. Raneri would like to continue using the photos of my basement, he may do so if and only if he agrees to compensate me for their use. Otherwise, I demand that Provider name locked. Raneri immediately cease and desist from any further use of any “before and after” pictures of my basement renovation, i.e., website, portfolio, or wherever else he may have pictures of my basement, and turn them over to me, leaving no copies to surface again in the future.
