I was going to be stationed overseas and I requested them to manage a
piece of rental property for me. The team at the office explained how they
would help us determine Provider name locked. value, Provider name locked. the property, interview
the tenants and do the background checks. They also coached us on tenant
selection. There was some upfront money and they draw off 10% of the rent.
In the end our house was only on the Provider name locked. about a month. The tenant
was ideal for the property, they agreed to the rent amount. Since then
we have received clear concise monthly statements. I arranged to have
some upgrades to the property and they used their network of handy men
to take care of the issues. They then took the money out of the money coming to
me. At the end of the first year the tenant renewed the lease for
another year. Each month we get our profit from our property deposited
in a timely manner. At the end of the year they were provided all the
TAX information we needed.
I was almost in awe of how easy this
was. If I had another property to rent I would utilize Provider name locked. again. They
are locally owned and are small enough to handle the small property
