Chris has been tuning our piano for years and recently I acquired an antique piano for free! He went to the home of the couple who were giving the instrument away to evaluate it's worth before I paid to have it moved to my home. Then he came to my house and tuned it, cleaned it, and replaced the keys. It looks beautiful and sounds better! Chris has always been punctual, professional, and knowledgable. Highly recommend his services!

I took them in on Tues a.m. before Christmas week, figuring that it was likely a busy time and the work might take awhile. I told them my daughter is coming in a few days and bringing a sewing project that we hoped to complete while she is here so if there was any way they could fix at least one of the machines, it would be great. I got a call the next day that both machines were repaired - so grateful! When I went to pick up, I remembered another problem with the stitch length on one of the machines, so they took the time to test while i was there. It hadn't been used in awhile so just needed to be lubricated and run awhile, which I was happy to do at home. Very pleased to have such good local service!

Very well. We didnt want to buy a new TV at this time. We paid George to repair, and its working great. It was a real struggle to get the TV down and out, but he and his son did it all perfectly. They had it fixed and back in a day. We are very pleased!

    Carmichael Grafix, LLC
Georgia Carmichael is now our go-to designer for the marketing design work that our real estate team needs. We've contracted her for three projects thus far, and we've been super pleased with her work. Her turnaround times are quick, and the rates she charges are very reasonable. She's easy to communicate with too, whether it's via email or a phone call. When we know exactly what we want, Georgia can make that happen, or, if we need to lean on her ideas, she's quick to offer them (and they exceed our expectations). We are based in a different state, but that doesn't matter; she's easy to work with remotely. Our team wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Raleigh Wrought Iron and Fence Co.
Stelian is a craftsman and a character. He measured my front porch for a hand rail, and sketched how the installed job would look. Two weeks later his crew installed the job, fastening the railing into the porch column and stone steps. They weren't the cheapest bid, but I'm very satisfied with the work.

    PROSHRED(r) Raleigh
I used Proshred's weekday drop-off service, and the process couldn't have been easier. As soon as I pulled up, a Proshred technician helped me unload my boxes and dumped the contents into a bin for weighing  this took less than 5 minutes. Shredding was complete before I'd finished paying for the service. All in all, I was there for maybe 10 minutes. Great experience, and I'll definitely use their service again.

    A+ credit, Inc
paid for services that were not delivered. Company breached their own service contract. company stopped responding to calls and emails. BBB investigated and they also stopped responding to them. The company failed to honor their own contract. It says something about a company that breaches their own contract and unfortunately its companies like A+ credit that are the reason people distrust credit repair services. This company is poorly managed and suffers from horrible customer service. Sandy is incapable of providing any of the services she offers and will ignore calls and emails for months.

    A+ credit, Inc
It was a horrible experience. I asked SAndy and her team for help removing an account on my credit report. I signed a contract and paid for services upfront that were not delivered. I provided all requested documents and responded to requests for additional information. Communication and services were promptly discontinued in July for no reason. This was a breach of contract and failure to provide services as documented. Additionally, the company failed to return emails or calls for over 6 months. After Sandy, the owner, was made aware of the fact that they broke their own service agreement, she promptly cut off communications again. This was a horrible experience and people should be aware that they lack professionalism, the ability to communicate and service clients, and the ability to abide by their OWN contract.

    Rent A Vet NC Movers
They were awesome! They were able to fit me in with a days notice and willing to do this on a very small job, as well as negotiate the price. I found Darrell easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and reliable. Things went exactly as planned and as agreed to, which is what you would expect in hiring a company, but too often not what happens. His teenage son, was also very polite and a hard, motivated worker. I have several office moves coming up and I will definitely hire them again.

    Engaging Signs & Graphics
My church needed to update our street facing exterior sign. After a brief phone conversation, Kevin Kitts of Engaging Signs and Graphics met me at church to discuss the project. I feel Kevin did an outstanding job of understanding our needs. He studied the existing sign, as well as the architecture and surroundings, including visibility from the street at various locations. Kevin prepared some initial ideas, concepts, and rough budgetary numbers to help us scope the project. With this information, we were more able to determine the scope and requirements for our project. We decided to keep the existing cabinetry and have Kevin and his team design replacement acrylic panels. I was concerned about the permit process, but Kevin managed the permitting with the City of Raleigh. He was very flexible and understanding about our desire to delay committing to the overall project until we knew the outcome of the permitting process. With permit in hand, we received the final design for sign off. A short time later, Kevin's team had cleaned and repainted our sign cabinet, fabricated and installed the new acrylic panels. For anyone interested, the sign is located at 1500 Glenwood Ave in Raleigh. Overall, working with Kevin, Matthew and Dennis at Engaging Signs & Graphics was one of the most frictionless projects I've been involved with. I would describe them as very professional and they delivered as promised. Communication was always clear, and we appreciated the extra time Kevin put into the project during the early stages. I recommend the team at Engaging Signs & Graphics based on my experience with them.
