Once again, John and his team came through again. I knew my front yard needed a makeover after looking the same for over 40 years. John came up with a stone retaining wall with under cap lighting to level out one side of the yard which, previously, had no curb appeal at all. It looks great!! His team also replaced my lamp post, installed a new flag pole, cleaned and painted my wrought iron railings on the front and side steps, and power washed my driveway (which he also installed several years ago). He'll be back in the fall to re-seed my front and back lawns and install new shrubbery in the front. He and his crew are hard workers and during the project, they always clean up the area before they quit for the day. Another job well done and for which I'm proud. My neighbors love it!!!

    Jose Ledesma Stonemason
I enjoyed working with Jose and highly recommend him. Jose fully understood the work I needed to have done-create an opening in my existing foundation. He was prompt, professional and delivered a high quality product that exceeded my expectations. Again, I highly recommend Jose Ledesma!

Great. Javier returned my first call within 24 hours, then gave me a "soft" estimate based on photos. Came to my home the next business day to give a firm estimate, and indicated that work would begin the following Monday and take two days. Crew arrived promptly on Monday morning and finished the work by Tuesday, one day earlier than estimated. Paid him what he estimated. Would give a 10/10 and hire again if and when the need arises.

It's great working not only with skilled workmen but good people. Garland and his crew showed up and not only were they utterly friendly and professional, but they did great work. Once he came out for an estimate, he got back to me the same day with brick samples to compare against the house. The bricks he found matched my thirty-year-old house almost perfectly. And he even matched the tooling in the mortar upon install. I'll definitely be calling Garland back for future work on my house.

The quality of work was very good. Due to the rain in Jan and Feb and another job which Jose was working there was a 6 week gap before he came back to complete the job. During that time he rarely responded to a text or voice mail in a timely fashion. That became a frustrating issue for me. A second part of the work involves adding brick steps to the retaining wall. He said that he'll be ready to start that in a couple of weeks. I plan to have Jose do that work providing he can assure me of completion in a timely fashion. The planned cost for that work is $2100.

Sean was responsive from the very beginning. He provided us with a professional write-up regarding the necessary work and the cost. We are thrilled with the final product. The steps give our home great curb appeal.

    Luxury Living Scapes, Inc.
We had Luxury Living Scapes install two large patios, 15'x20', and 17'x25', an arbor, grade and fill along the back of our 1969 Tudor Style home and install proper drainage from the gutter downspouts in the Spring of 2018. Rudy and his team listened to what we were wanting to accomplish, including drainage, design, functionality and worked with us with good suggestions and ideas to help the project tie in to our existing house. With a 50 year old house we wanted it to look like it belonged to the house not a "new" addition to an old structure. His team was prompt and fast, doing quality work. In fact had another foundation contractor by the house for some other work and he noted the quality of the workmanship the crew was doing. We had a small miscommunication on some hardware and installation of the drainage portion of the project, but Rudy was a real pro and we we easily solved the discrepancy. This project was one we had been saving for for several years and Luxury Living Scapes were great to work with. They kept the area clean, had to pull up some chain link fencing to get the equipment in the backyard and reinstalled like it was never moved. Rudy's knowledge of the science behind quality installation of pavers is what made him stand out from the the other half dozen patio installers we talked to at a local home show. He took the time to explain what made a good installation, the types of pavers and the reasons behind the cost. We used the patios all summer and the installation has held up well through out the fall and winter. He was not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, I am not worried that in 2 years the pavers will be coming out, settling or shifting. I can tell this installation will likely last for many many years to come. The best compliment I got was from a relative who visits frequently and had seen our sorry previous patio and dirt spot, he said "It looks just like it was built with the house" exactly what we wanted and Rudy and his crew delivered. I highly recommend Luxury Living Scapes, you will not be disappointed.

    Panoramic Landscapes LLC
Don't even bother to go to anybody else. I promise you that working with Blake at Panoramic Landscapes will be one of the wisest decisions you will ever make. As the owner of Panoramic Landscapes, he is a consummate professional whose word is as good as gold. He is a true gentleman. The extensive work began in January 2018 and weather did not cooperate on many days which caused unavoidable delays. Blake kept us very well informed when the weather interrupted and the schedule had to be updated. His patience was also very commendable because we kept making small changes throughout the process. Blake's pricing was very fair and he guaranteed his work. His knowledge of all things that have to do with landscaping and hardscaping is invaluable. He knows his stuff -- plants, turf, lighting, hardscapes, drainage, pluses and minuses of various materials and options. Blake's staff is extraordinarily considerate and very hard working. Blake frequently made suggestions where he thought I might be able to save money or might be able to do something a little differently that would be easier to maintain or more beautiful or both! He definitely has the 'eye' needed to see what you might have never imagined. Blake has come back a couple of times to check on the installations and to find out if we had any concerns. Working with Panoramic was a great experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

    Jose Ledesma Stonemason
Mr. Ledesma did an outstanding job. He is a skilled brick mason who took our vision and made it a reality. We needed (2) sets of stairs replaced that had settled over the past 30 years and a new walkway leading to both. We'd had drainage issues in one section that he corrected with a new drainage system in the walkway. He was responsive to our communications and very punctual. The price was very fair. He worked hard everyday he was here & even came on a Saturday with his son to make up for a rainy Friday. The final result looks amazing! We are very, very pleased & would rehire him in a minute!

    Gardens of the Carolinas
When I was ready to replace my very old and rotting deck this summer, I didnt have to think twice about who to call. This would be the third big project that John Spivey and his team have done for me and I knew it would be done right. I told him some of the key elements that I wanted (e.g., pergola, stone grill island, paddle fan, low-voltage lights) and Voila!! I now have something better than I had imagined. John has a wealth of information and ideas that hes willing to share, but, in the end, if you want something done a particular way, he will make it happen. Hes very good at trying to re-purpose items elsewhere in your landscape (e.g., shrubs, trees, bricks, etc.). His team and subs are first ratepolite, respectful, hardworking, and at the end of the day, you can hardly tell theyve been there. By that I mean, they clean up the area at the end of the day and dont leave the project looking like a tornado blew through. And the real plus for methey did all they could during the project to accommodate my dogse.g., building a ramp at the end of each day so they could go in and out of the house. When it came time to select the foundation plants, John, being a dog lover, too, knew that I'd be looking for dog-friendly plants so we could narrow the population of possibilities. The back looks so nice now, that I've extended my "deck project" to the front of the house--updating the foundation plants, plant bed, and installing a retaining wall with low-voltage lighting. Just can't seem to stop!!! I would not hesitate to recommend John Spivey and his Gardens of the Carolinas team. The picture I've included shows the project almost finished. Hope you can appreciate the quality of the work.
