The work that was completed was fine. Provider name locked. was efficient and neat in replacing the ceiling lights. He was even able to answer an electrical problem regarding our house construction that has been annoying us for years. The price is the huge drawback with the company. $300 was expensive for the task at hand. We had a few minor tasks, like replacing a lightbulb we couldn't reach with our 6 foot ladder. We were told it would cost us an extra $50 to put the lightbulb in. We were providing the lightbulb; all we needed was a tall ladder to use. Ladders were being used to replace the ceiling lights, so I was thinking it would be convenient for them to put the other bulb in. But seriously, we were paying them $300 for other work, replacing a bulb didn't seem unreasonable to ask. Of course we didn't hire them for those parts to the job. We just borrowed our neighbors ladder.

We were extremely satisfied with the outstanding quality of Will Provider name locked. 's workmanship and his high professional standards. He got back to us immediately after our initial contact with him. He continued to communicate extensively with us throughout the course of the project in person, by phone, email, and text message. He has meticulous attention to detail, and was very much "hands-on," performing a great deal of the work himself. He hired high quality subcontractors and thoroughly checked their work to see that it had been performed according to his specifications and standards.
At the beginning of the project, he crawled under our house, took pictures of the water damage, and emailed them to us. He showed us the water damage to the two bathrooms and explained to us what needed to be done before he could start his work. He used Xatimate software to determine the price of construction and presented us with a detailed description of the work to be performed with an itemized listing of the costs involved.
During his work on our project, Will showed great respect for our privacy and security as well as respect for our property. He always contacted us before he or any of his subcontractors came on our property. He protected our carpets and hardwood flooring by putting down plastic and cardboard and set up plastic doorways with zipper openings to control dust. At the end of the project, he brought in an outstanding cleaning crew to clean the two bathrooms and the master bedroom between them.
Throughout the project, Will consulted with us frequently to make sure everything was being done according to our expectations. He answered all our questions in a timely manner and completely resolved any issues that arose to our satisfaction.
After our master bathroom remodel project was completed, Will inspected the outside of our home for any additional repair needs. We have already hired Provider name locked. to come back to work on the outside of our home to repair the water damage to some windows and outside doors, to power wash the house, remove roof stains, paint the trim, restain our two decks and steps, and paint the decks and step railings.
We highly recommend Will Provider name locked. of Provider name locked. with utmost confidence to deliver quality workmanship with high professional standards for your home restoration needs.

Provider name locked. was the contractor of his previous company, Perfect Spaces, which was listed on Angies List. Every promise he made from finishing in 5-8 weeks, staying within budget, and having master craftsmen was a lie. When things started mounting as significant problems he informed us he had changed his company name to Provider name locked. , which he now lists with Angie's List. The project started on May 12, 2014 and final inspection was Oct. 2 but many things will need to be reconstructed because of poor craftsmanship. Examples of problems include:
ordered wrong color of Provider name locked. windows to match existing windows and doors in rest of house, water valve tiled over so tile had to be removed to find it, dry wall put over electric outlet box so holes had to be punched in drywall to find it, utility room made too small to accommodate washer/dryer that had already been purchased (he was given the exact dimensions of washer/dryer before framing began), 4 pocket doors were a major part of the designed project and will have to be replaced because they will not close properly...they sound like a freight train being moved.., Provider name locked. lights would not fit into can light fixtures that had been installed during roughin, drywall finish is very unsightly and has already developed long cracks on ceiling, HVAC vent has high pitched whistling sound because of poor design and will need to be redesigned, all woodwork is inferior quality to stained finish in the rest of house, refused to return excess bath tile for refund (although he had assured it would be done when ordering), damage to lawn during construction.
Provider name locked. had assured us he was using a General Contractor. The GC and Provider name locked. consulted on the specifics of the design at our home before we signed the contract and then during the project when questioned about where the GC was, Provider name locked. said he no longer used him. None of the "master craftsmen" that had been touted were used, and Provider name locked. was never here to supervise what was going on, although he continued to charge supervising fees. I ended up doing the supervising and actually contacting subcontractors to complete the job they had started. Completion time was emphasized from the very beginning of our discussions because we would be living in the packed up house and had to go up and down a flight of stairs several times a day. A deposit of $10,053 was paid in March to secure the subcontractors so the project could be completed promptly. This deposit was never used to pay the contractors and Provider name locked. refused to return it when we asked about it, saying it was used as "OVERHEAD expenses". In the middle of Provider name locked. I began paying the subcontractors directly because there was an issue of them getting paid.
This renovation was the WORST building experience I have ever had and no one else should ever have to endure this kind of irresponsible behavior and poor construction. He does not have a contractors license and he uses a bait and switch tactic to get the contract signed.
I hope Angies List will help me get the money I paid him returned as well as making sure he can never do this to any of your customers again.
