  • Provider name locked. is very knowledgeable.  I like that she knows a lot about core strength and I did a lot of large body movements.  She is really upbeat, encouraging and fun to be around which is important if you are like me and don't really like to lift.  She listened to what my main goals were and came up with a plan to help me meet them.

She has a studio in her house where I trained with her which I liked so I never felt self-conscious about my body or subjected to  stares at my huge belly like I would sometimes get at the gym.

  • First the positives, then the negatives: It's a modern, clean facility. You come in for a warm-up for 15 minutes on one of 3 machines in their lobby--treadmill, bike or elliptical. Then you have a private session with a trainer in one of three rooms with similar equipment. I typically go 2-3x/week. It's a good workout, structured to my needs. How they can improve: Although you typically have Provider name locked. for your free intro session, I've found that you can't be sure you'll get a particular trainer. You sign up for a time convenient for you, and hope the trainer you like is working that day/time. There is no real flexibility in their schedule as they like to close around noon and open late afternoon. So even though they tell you to come in any time to use the lobby equipment, the facility is not open and you need to make prior arrangements. I have found this difficult since my days are not perfectly planned the day before. If you have been used to exercising, or don't mind what sex your trainer is, then this is the facility for you. If you haven't exercised much in your life, and you want to work with only a female trainer as I do, then you have to take who you get. The 2 young male trainers at the facility at this time are good trainers, but they are not as attuned to the middle aged woman's body. I hope Provider name locked. hires more female trainers. Besides herself, there is one other, but she will be leaving next month to have her baby. Will I sign up again after my time is over? I will do some more comparisons with other facilities before I make my decision. If I do, I wouldn't buy the eating guidelines again; you can work this out on your own.

  • I was very disappointed with Provider name locked. but not with the trainer at all. When I completed my 48 sessions I was finished however Provider name locked. kept charging my credit card over and over each month. They never returned my money. They told me that I could use the money for more sessions. I feel this is bad business practice when you are not informed when they charge your credit card. I give them an F across the board, but the trainer was great.
