Crazy. I mean just wow crazy. First thing, We got to hear all about her divorce, her car accident, her lawsuit ... Person came to home a bit early, and then measured and re measured for about 45 minutes. Back and forth for 45 minutes. Then hunched over a sheet of graph paper 'designing' for 90 more minutes. She apologized ever 3 minutes for taking so long. Over two and a half hours in we had to go. I told her to simply email the design and price. Couple hours later she informs me her boss does not allow that and we need to meet again. I said no, and if that was a show stopper, I am fine with it. She called again and texted a few more times. Good grief Provider name locked. , get a grip!

Provider name locked. and his team were great! I had Provider name locked. redo my pantry, hall closet and laundry room. From the beginning Provider name locked. was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to help me plan out spaces that would really work for my needs. He was always accessible by phone or e-mail to answer all my questions. The quality and craftsmanship of the work was outstanding and finished in almost record time. This was a great experience and I can't wait to have him back to work on my closets! I highly recommend Provider name locked. , you won't be sorry!

This was the absolute worst provider I have ever used. Provider was contracted in October 2013 to install the shade on the back porch. Original cost was a little high but I accepted based on communication that this came with a 2 year guarantee.
Several example emails were send to the provider and it was agreed upon that he would closely resemble those designs. I asked for a minimalist design to support the shade and reduce sag so water would not build up but if that did not work I would be open to other options.
12 Nov - 13 Nov: First attempt at the shade was installed
14 Nov: I asked for an adjustment due to final product not being in the correct spot. Design looked cheap and not well done.
17 Nov: First rain and the shade did not provide fun off and therefore held water and sagged several feet.
18 Nov: Additional brackets were installed.
24 Nov: Rained again and shade held water.
26 Nov: Shade was completely down and support poles snapped in half.
Several communication with provider who informed me he was out of town for several weeks.
16 Provider name locked. : Another attempt at the shade. More brackets and materials. Design keeps looking cheaper on each attempt as it appear the builder is trying to find a build that won't fail while saving profit margin.
23 Provider name locked. : Shade comes down again.
Builder again is out of down for over a month and I get limited responses to several attempts and confirming schedule. Received several responses in February and with pushed out dates and then final discussions in March to resolve the issue. I was told that a couple options were possible and would be run by me before completion.
18 Apr: Builder finally comes to install shade again. Never emailed or presented design plans. Informed me he was at my house while there. Finished product and left before I came home from work.
20 Apr: Most resent design had two brackets on the roof and two cables running to trees in my backyard. I had to get on the roof and take down the shade as the brackets were being pulled out of the roof due to wind strain on shade.
At this point I have had enough as each design was poorly thought out, poorly executed and cheaply done. I asked for a partial refund which was denied. I lowered the requested amount of refund to account for all materials used and some labor (even though I should not have to bear the cost of poor design). I also brought up the 2 year guarantee and fact that I had an entire 2 days of actual use where the shade was not broken or down. Builder denied the 2 year conversation and agreement as well as any type of refund. Explained that he would keep coming out to try and fix but this was not an option for me as he never provided upfront plans or ideas and all previous attempts had looked tacky and cheap and inevitably broke anyway.
Never heard from provider again and just gave up my attempts to recoup any money. Would never even consider talking to this person again other than to cash a check if somehow one showed up.
