First, he couldn't smell it. When I asked him to open the back of the washing machine - two screws - he said that he could not do that because it would ruin my warranty - machine is 22 years old. Two, he went under the house and came up with not a speck of dirt on his yellow shirt, showing me that he had not ventured far from the entrance. Three, then he showed me a menu of services his company offered (all well over $100) in order to find this elusive smell. A week later I purchased a black light from Amazon for about $10. Immediately I saw where the mouse had been and was able to get rid of him and also wash down every spot in the kitchen where he had urinated. What did I get for the price of their service - Provider name locked. . You think this company could supply their people with black lights - especially those whose noses don't work.

He arrived promptly and went up into the attic area. He found a dead raccoon and removed it as well as some surrounding material. The situation was quite bad and involved him having to crawl down into an area that was not easily accessible. Once the carcass was removed, he sprayed down the area and showed me how the raccoon had entered. He also checked to make sure there were no other entry points.
He did an excellent job under difficult conditions. I would highly recommend this company.

I heard noises coming from the attic on a Saturday morning. I sent in a request for service on Provider name locked. and the owner called me on Sunday to set up the appointment. Provider name locked. arrived exactly at the appointment time. We explained the noises we were hearing and he proceeded to check the house. What impressed me was how thorough he was. There was an obvious entry/exit hole under one of the Provider name locked. , but he didn't make any assumptions or rush to any conclusions until he thoroughly checked out the house. Since we have a two-story home, that involved using a tall ladder to check all the way around the exterior of the house as well as the attic. By doing this, he found a second, much smaller access point at a gap between the gutter and the roof which was actually the primary access point for the grey squirrel that had decided to move into our attic. He removed the now deceased squirrel, blocked off all the access points, and thoroughly explained everything. He was polite and professional and I thought the $145.00 fee was very reasonable. I couldn't be more satisfied! I highly recommend Provider name locked. and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
