Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • First, I'd like to point out that Dr. Krysia LePoer is an excellent doctor and surgeon. She took time during every appointment I had with her (a total of about 12) to really explain everything and she always made sure I understood the procedures she would perform, follow up treatment, etc. She performed the surgery (at the Southern New England Surgical Center) to correct my bunion, neuroma, and hammer toe, and I could not be happier with the results. Not only did the surgery go flawlessly, but she did such a beautiful job that cosmetically my foot looks almost like it had nothing done to it. HOWEVER, the same cannot be said for the staff at Provider name locked. . While they are all friendly enough, never in my life have I encountered such a consistently incompetent staff in a single location. It's hard to know where to start: the fact that they lost my Family Medical Leave Act paperwork twice? That they sent me a bill for $20 that I didn't owe? That they marked the incorrect office location on my appointment card? That they didn't respond to multiple requests from TDI for my claim? That they completed paperwork on behalf of the doctor incorrectly and then gave me attitude when I pointed it out? Or that it happened half a dozen times? It's unfortunate that you have to battle the lazy incompetence of the Provider name locked. staff in order to access such a qualified doctor. I was, and still am, considering filing a report with the RI Dept. of Health regarding the number of errors made by the staff. While I would recommend Dr. LePoer without hesitation, be prepared for a lot of hassle with UFC.
